I learned in PA school that they use it a lot for Parkinson’s and other balance disorders
I still play it sometimes when I go back to my parents house, I don't do yoga or anything but I play the games. And I'm 30😂

I only upload compilations on Thursdays ☺️ It never impacts my constant uploads of new videos every Tuesday and Sunday! Compilations mainly help to bring in new subscribers to the channel!
