I really enjoy the videos with this chiropractor, she has a nice chilled pace without it seeming like she’s intentionally being “asmr-y” (?!) Great to see a different patient as well
I love how she explains everything she is about to do and asks if it’s alright! I don’t know if that’s normal in the UK - but I’ve been to a lot of chiropractors in the US and never experienced that before. Love it.
It's pretty normal, we have socialised healthcare so chiropractors have to compete with something that is literally free. If they weren't going above and beyond then no one would keep paying to see them when they could go to a doctor which costs nothing

I don't think Chiropractic is magic, and a lot of the claims some of them make are pretty outlandish, but I've had adjustments when I'm locked up that do make me feel legitimately better and that part I won't deny. That said, RUclips chiro videos always blow my mind because the most comprehensive exams/adjustments I've ever had are like 10 minutes max, so wherever you're finding these people is wild to me.
I’m in NC USA and my initial visit was about 45 minutes long. He did a lot of tests and asked me questions about my issues. Then, on the second visit he reviewed the X-ray he had ordered and that second visit was another 50 minutes including the adjustments. I think you just have to find someone who takes the time to get to know the patient.
As someone who self adjusts it makes sense to me. My joint hurts, I adjust it, it stops hurting. Sure it doesn’t fix the problem in the long run, but nothing will, i work a manual job. That doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be medicine or science.
I love watching this, she's actually a refreshingly unusual chiropractor. I haven't seen this level of "x-ray" hands since I would go to my uncle (who's an old school chiro). I miss the personal attention and care. I haven't found that level of detail since I moved to far away to still be one of my uncle's patients. I wish I lived in the UK, I would definitely being making an appointment.
34:18 In the UK, do chiropractors not have to warn patients there’s a very slight risk of stroke if they adjust the neck? (They do in California, you even have to sign a waiver)
Its a scam anyway, they are getting banned in lots of places for all the injuries they cause. They arent even legit medical procedures they do, they have no medical basis.
Broadly speaking the UK is not as litigious as USA. I was so surprised by the amount of disclaimers included in American tv drug advertising for example, we don’t have that so much in the uk
Plus in the UK it's impossible to disclaim liability for negligence that causes death or personal injury. I think it's the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
She has the heart rate and blood preassure of a monk. Btw I have heavy scoliosis and pilates + yoga have saved my life. In the past I wasn't able to sit up straight now people compliment me on my posture. Also sleeping with a pillow between my legs - no hip pain since I started sleeping like that. Just in case someone finds this information useful.
Any chiropractor video or reflex testing reminds me of the old ASMR video where the doctor is working with a famous Hockey player (at the time famous). He starts saying funny stuff like “excuse my sandwich breath” and “it was your face” when the player starts talking about his facial issues 😂😂. If you know, you know haha. These videos just always remind me of that one.
great stuff. alot of channels get it wrong because they cant help but force in a whisper or some tsk tsk in there. and it entirely defeats the purpose. leave the unintentional stuff to the real people lol.
So, what’s she looking for? For example, the half second of the smile and frown? Is there legitimacy of the absolute brush over of something of this, or it is show?
I’m absolutely obsessed with everything except “I had bronchitis as a kid..” I’ve had it 3 times this year already …. Besides coughing and pulling a muscle…… ehhhhhh I wish I could blame my problems on that
i remember „the client“ from one of your mom‘s head massage videos and back then i asked myself if she’s got some italian heritage based on appearance. judging by the wild gesticulation answering the practitioners questions, i’m fairly sure tendency was correct… 😂
Is it sus or not that a chiropractor is doing cranial nerve exams? I understand checking muscle function but visual fields? I suppose its always good to find visual field issues but it's not really like a chiropractor is able to actually diagnose any issues regarding cranial nerves in the first place.. Forgive my questioning towards relaxing video 🙏
Sometimes a body pain or something muscular is related to a situation with the nervous system. And the visual system is part of the nervous system So in that way, the chiropractor can send you to another specialist if they find something unusual or beyond their area
Yeah lol this is all for show playing pretend doctor. She uses her $100 blood pressure machine she got on Amazon and then checks a few reflexes and skips the brachioradialis and achilles reflex. Then does the hoffmann’s reflex (middle finger flick) to check for an upper motor neuron lesion but skips the babinski relex. This is all done to make a 5 min chiropractic adjustment that is the same for everyone into a 30 minute session so she can charge more.
It's a pseudo science so why does it matter lol? They can crack your back, do your astrology for this week and maybe a reiki session as well and it won't make any difference to your back pain.
If she has lower back pain shouldn't we rule out a GU cause such as pyelonephritis, uti etc(? She does seem like a poor historian. "Scoliosis of the muscle". So, a urinalysis should be done.
Nice video. Knowing the Brits they probably pronounce Hoxton like “Hutton” or “Hufton” or some BS 😅 As an American with British family I constantly sound like an idiot mispronouncing their weirdo words.
Don't promote this scam business practice! I love ASMR, but not this. This is just poor taste, chiropractor's are the biggest scam, they thieves that steal from the gullible.

This is my favorite chiropractor featured on the channel, I love how in depth her examinations are! So excited to see a new video with her!
They are acammers
This lady chiropractor has such peaceful and assured energy.
I hope I’m not the only one who thinks this is actually a fantastic way of businesses getting out reach and probably more patients/customers
Not this scam business. Chiropractor is a known scam. A reason it is getting banned more and more. They have literally paralyzed babies!

They are a scam. Not real doctors. They are under the same category. They actually have paralysed people. nothing they do is medically correct
It is fairly normal. The ones I’ve been to always check before they do anything, or as they’re doing something.
It's pretty normal, we have socialised healthcare so chiropractors have to compete with something that is literally free. If they weren't going above and beyond then no one would keep paying to see them when they could go to a doctor which costs nothing

She is simply amazing! I wish I could find someone like her to help me with my back!
She is not just walking around her patient. She is dancing (example 14:12) . Loving it 😊
I remember Ana having a Colour Consultation with Natasha about a year ago in one of your videos. Great content, as always.
What an amazing video. This real world form with experts is absolutely perfect, thank you
