I had a full hysto 1st, Testosterone 2nd & Top Surgery 3rd. Hysto recovery -- honestly completely fine for me!! My body went straight into menopause afterwards as I wasn't on T, so the hot flashes were the hardest part of recovery. I'm from Ontario, Canada so it was covered by OHIP.

We identify with both - female and male - and have the ability to appear as both (have modeled as both), but when we (me and my identical twin) are males we're super shy about hitting on other males because....if they're gay...we don't know how they will accept our lower parts... Sometimes we wonder if its best to try and shoot for dating a "straight" guy (who will "be attracted" to our lower parts, but that can be interesting because we appear as guys), or date a "gay" guy who will be attracted to our male appearance (but its gets interesting when things get...sexual :P :P )... We're wondering the best way to approach this and we'd love to know what your thoughts and experiences are on this... (we're into dating dudes) For the most part we instinctively feel like if two people are attracted to each other's personality and souls, then the rest will fall into place..
