I think a lot of people who are negative about it are just pure jealous. Your voice has dropped SO MUCH. I was wondering, what would happen if you stopped T? Hypothetically? Would you revert slowly back to female? And also.. I'm wondering if you transitioning younger helped things. As in, I wonder if people who do it a little older would see less changes?
I have no idea if age is a factor but in answer to your first question, his body fat would redistribute back to a more feminine form, and he wouldn't be able to grow body/facial hair as easily, if his hairline starts receding a lot going off of T would also stop that. Those are the only temporary changes I can think of at the moment but if you're really curious I know there's lots of videos here on RUclips of FTMs discussing the effects of going off of it. Once the voice drops it's like that forever. There are surgeries that will feminize your voice that I know some MtF trans folks get but from what I know about them they can be dangerous and expensive.
