The things that matter increase if you give them, the more you give love the more you have. The more you give wisdom the more you have, The things you get by taking them, like gold, or even friendship can be fun for a while but they are all for the moment, not forever. The only eternal friendship is with the great mystery, his story and her story. The more you let go, the more you have. This is why love and wisdom matter. Your clothes are nothing. Your life is nothing. But you are a million different people, a part of all woman a part of all men, so you can not loose, no you can not loose, you have been here before and you will be here again. Enjoy the pleasures of the moment, the sunrise other the ocean, but you can not own it. True beauty is free. You are a little flower that blossoms for an hour, but in you is a power that goes and goes on. Do not be afraid. All the things you could loose had no true meaning in the first place. True wisdom is never lost it remains in the winds of the souls.
The deeper meaning of the story is that true wisdom and enlightenment come from within. It involves self-awareness, humility, and the willingness to face uncomfortable truths. Seeking external validation or relying on appearances to appear wise only leads to self-deception. The story encourages embracing authenticity, acknowledging one’s ignorance, and focusing on personal growth rather than superficial validation. Many thanks
Stay Humble Acknowledge your own ignorance Don't take yourself too serious Wisdom isn't about how others seen us but How honestly we seen Ourselves. Thanks
I don't understand it, what does this story wants to say is that the emperor was seeking validation not enlightenment, and he only wanted appearance of wisdom. wisdom is how honestly, we see ourselves- so wisdom is something nobody can teach me, I learn by observing my thoughts, actions and reactions and not getting entangled in them, first be totally involved in present to see yourself clearly without discriminating or judging, i.e. observe the experience of present clearly and that is where the true wisdom comes from. so, wisdom is not depended on the age of the body I live in, it is dependent on when I stop ignoring my vision, my intuition.
Wisdom may come from many different sources. One's own life struggles and self-examination certainly. But that inner quest may be enhanced others sharing there own quest and experience.
