Nice, but this information is more about HR hiring process but not how you calculate hours written/clocked-in and prepare paychecks bi-weekly or monthly. Different companies probably use some program to calculate or auto-deposit in employees account but if the machine or program fails or malfunctions how do you go about it then? Thanks :)

You can use ADP RUN if you have less than 100 employees.
