  • @DrummingDave

    Thank you master!!

  • @grooveroid

Brillant video. Thanks so much and you are doing a huge service to drummers with your crystal clear explanations. Somehow I've held down a Metal gig for a decade and half with (as I've only just discovered) a right foot that can comfortably play eighth notes at 180 and a left that cannot achieve 110. Of course I'm now educating that left foot in the ankle technique, but do you have any specific exercises to work on this imbalance of facility?

  • @tedstuff2039

When adding in the hands, would it be better to do the left foot 8ths displaced by a 16th so they land on the e's and ah's?

  • @GetID

Thank you teacher, I will do this tips 😍

  • @LENINsWORLD

What type of Bass Drum Pedal you got there on your cocktail table Marthyn? The hoop attachment looks very solid 👀👀👀

  • @reanimator9

Does these exercices apply to full leg motion ?

  • @SpySpace

your video editor is really into strong colors heh?

Fantastic (and the sound effect balance is perfect too)! I've been working through your steps and I can definitely say this stuff works. So a question for you - when should you change your tempo, and by how much? I actually decided to start all the way over with full leg (sub-140) as well, and I'm noticing that 5 bpm increments from day to day are effective right now. But I would imagine at a certain point you should stay on one tempo for multiple days, and only increment by 1 bpm after that.

  • @king-manu2758

It's funny how I not only tend to hit unison with my feet but also when I try to do very fast singles between my foot and hand.

  • @Rapparini

    same problem...

  • @6400ab

Comfortable starting tempo for most drummers is 160?? bruh come on now.
