Thank you for showing a realistic day-in-your-life video and your honesty. When you mentioned that going for a walk in the snow would have been nice, but then you decided not to, I can relate. It’s like this battle within. One part wants to go and the other doesn’t. I’m like that with buying something that I want (as opposed to a need), one part of me says, no, and the other part says, yes. For some reason, it’s always (well nearly always) the negative consequence that wins. I do try to use the strategy of pep talking to stop myself buying things I know will only create clutter in my home or leave me with less money for groceries that week. I had to smile when you mentioned that you set five alarms to help motivate you to get out of bed in the morning. I must say this is a good strategy. I too can relate to working best at night. Your boyfriend’s pasta bake looked delicious. As always, I enjoyed your video 🌨❄
Yes, I relate a lot to the inner battle of two sides going on for many different subjects. That day I let the cold intolerance win, but I'm happy to report I made it out yesterday and it was beautiful and then I froze to death 😅😰 Oh and the baked pasta was delicious 👌Thanks for watching 😊
