My favourite part of this video? The tiny ladybug crawling in the background at 7:34 🥰

beautiful video. The guilt felt way too real. But I agree, you have to take days for yourself, especially in this beautiful season :D

I’m a new subscriber. Some day, in the future (as I live in the Southern Hemisphere), I want to visit Denmark and the surrounding areas primarily because of the nature, architecture and history. I related to you, wanting to be on your own, in nature. You were brave to move past your fear and go solo into the forest. Your need to be connected with nature and immerse yourself in the peace and quiet was greater than the fear itself. I too would like to do more things in nature solo, but, sadly, I let fear stop me. This was an inspiring video, to face one’s fear and do it anyway. Thank you 🌳🌳🌳

@@forindet Thank you for this feedback. Maybe, some day, in the future, I can visit all countries you’ve listed and make a comparison. I am commenting also because I received your zine book, postcard and your free sticker you kindly gifted me, in the post, at the end of last week, but there’s no where to leave a comment on your shop, so I thought I’d comment here and say thank you. Delivery was fast, considering I live on the other side of the world. And environmentally packaged. I liked your zine book and can relate to your story. The back page asks, And what about you? What are you doing here? I thought I’d briefly share that ‘I’m here’ because I’ve lived/worked in two different countries in my time, Japan and England, and so I understand what it’s like living in another country which is why I was drawn to buying your book, plus on my mother’s father side, there is Danish (my grandfather’s father came from Denmark), which is why I bought the postcard, to see ‘things Danish’ from your perspective. It’s good to have different people’s perspective on things. Thank you once again. Look forward to your next video 🌱🪺🦋

@@catherinepatterson4720 Thank you for sharing! It's always good to hear that an order had made it safely to the recipient and that they are happy with it ^_^ I also think that traveling and living abroad is amazing, it teaches you things you could never see otherwise 🌍❤

@@forindet Yes, I’m very happy with my purchases from your shop. I am an avid book reader and I was wondering have you considered creating book marks? One can never have too many book marks : ) Yes, I also believe it’s a good idea to live/work abroad, it makes one more accepting and appreciative of different cultures. I learned that no matter what language we speak, colour of our skin, hair style, age, religion or food we eat or how we eat (in terms of the utensils we use) we all have the same basic needs as human beings. I must admit the news made me scared of the world until I lived abroad and now I rarely watch the news because it’s too one sided. From my experience there is more goodness and more good people than the news shows. Don’t get me wrong, there is still bad in the world, so one must be sensible when out and about. From my experience, I met many good and helpful people living overseas. Anyway, I enjoy watching your vlogs, not just the illustration part, but the cultural aspect too. I watch people from all around the world on RUclips who have similar interests, personality, struggles and hopes as I do, which is wonderful to know I’m not alone in ‘who I am’, as sometimes family don’t seem to understand. I hope things improve for you with your illustration business, as you have a real talent. Keep holding onto your dreams. Hope you have a restful and joy filled Christmas 🎄 Look forward to your next vlog : )

@@catherinepatterson4720 Thank you so much! That's so sweet of you ❤ Yes, I agree completely, getting to know different people is so important and yes, there are horrible things going on in the world, but the issues are not always what the news say they are. One of the best things about the internet and youtube is that it makes it easier to connect with and hear from people around the world while actually sitting at home ☺ About the bookmarks, I've thought about it, but I also feel like a bookmark's function is so fixed and a postcard can actually work great as a bookmark and I tend to use postcards for that, so I feel like in a way I already make them 😄

Thank you! My camera is Canon EOS m50 mark ii and I switch between 2 different lenses: the 22mm and my favourite 50mm (this one needs an adapter) 😊
