My brother and I were talking the other day how snowmobile company's need to bring back a cheap no frills just simple sled cause they can ride in every snow condition they're fun as hell not overly fast and again just fun to play with.

Hey Pete..! Nice to see you throw in a vintage sled now and then. Love your videos, and I think you and Christina have what it takes to go full time with this gig..! Good humor, along with some serious tips in the shop.....some "cold ones" thrown in too..! That's how most of us roll, and nice to see videos the way we do it..! Keep 'em coming...!
thank you! we really appreciate it! cheers 🍻
Fun! Love the vintage sleds. Now you need a Scorpion Whip, John Deere Liquifire, Arctic Cat El Tigre and a Snow-Jet SST! 👍
Don't forget the old Rupps they were fast
I'll keep my eyes open and see if I can find some 🍻
Great video needs a ULTIMAX !!!!
haha thanks! yeah we'll see if we can take it to the MAX! 😉🍻
I grew up on Evinrudes . we had two quiet flites and two skimmers . I remember warming my hands in the glove compartment on the cold winter nights. as my dad drove while pulling a small trail drag.

I had 1968, 1972 and 1976 Evinrude's over the years, hauled alot of firewood out of the woods with them.
Ready for the golf cart
haha yessir! is gunna be coming down off the hoist here shortly and I'm going to get it all welded up and ready to rip! 😉🍻

it was an era of rotaries. Bill Sharpless O/O of Sonic motorcycles in Scarborough was a Suzuki dealer and had 2 new 750 Rotary Water buffaloes in the basement crated. Maybe Todd knows what happened to them.

He finally got her over 150 eh? That’s very impressive, what a weapon of a machine. What lake were you on?
Hey Pete. You mentioned the goal of possibly doing this full time. I think you have something special going here, I love watching rebuilds especially older stuff. Keep on givin'er and I think you have what it takes. Entertainment plus also education, I've been watching since December last year and I haven't missed one since. Cheers buddy!
wow, thank you! I really appreciate that 🍻
I'm also a big fan of your show I used to ride unable to do that anymore due to Arthritis and Spinal Cord problems

Snow cruisers had that same tow hitch
Neutral and reverse in the early 70's.....very cool. Of course a cigarette light is a must. LOL

That Enticer runs well and sounds great. The Evinrude is in some shape
Had a RX3 wagon, always let me down. Hyper rpm’s that scared the mustangs. But aside from that the old school content is awesome!!!
cheers 🍻
Are you trying to give Larry Enticer a run for his money?
Love the vintage sled videos!
🤣🍻
Love the vintage ride! Christina looks like an advertising lady from the 60's with her outfit and would make a good model!! Need to bring back the Evinrude's and Johnson's!!
thank you! I totally agree with ya, she should be a model! I've told her that a thousand times🍻
That machine looks well built, it would be interesting to see how they would’ve evolved if Evinrude stuck to building snow machines. Awesome video Pete cheers 🍻
That would be cool! cheers 🍻
Christina did an awesome job !
she really did! 🍻
For your next trick to outdo yourself get yourself a Scorpion Whip and feel the power 💥💥💥💨
I'll see if I can find one! 🍻

that Evinrude is a good looking rig and the mod under the seat is a great upgrade
haha thanks! 🍻
My dad had a 1971 Johnson Skee-Horse 30 . It was really heavy, but basically bullet proof. Great sled.
Nice love those old sleds Pete had a few of my own Massey Ferguson 400 sst . 1967 ski-doo and a 1970 ski-doo Olympics great fun .
Very cool!🍻
What Fun this was 😂 brought back memories from when I was a kid riding in the 70s and watching the sleds progress over the years , Awesome video, Stay Happy , Cheers 😎👍🍺🇺🇸🇨🇦
That's awesome! cheers 🍻
Was interesting that brp bought OMC to get the Etec technology. They really were ahead of their time. ☃️👍👍
Mint sweet Pete Glad to hear that ... I'd love to see lots of more people on board.
thank you! me too 🤣🍻
Hey pet iv been watching your content for sometime now and love what you do, anywho i have a yamaha 1998 vmax 500 XT and she great sled had her for 5 years and shes now in a rough engine was rebuilt 3 times since i owned her cleaned her out changed plugs Belt Now the one piston on the right side is misfiring just a pointer on where i gone wrong lol
a misfire can be caused by a few things...I'd say check compression first, then plug, wire and coil...then make sure carb is clean and choke is working properly. 🍻
Good fun video as always. That old girl looks great. Cheers
Thanks 👍🍻
Great video but those are now Mudmobiles 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣 yeah you're not wrong there 🍻
They used the same cdi on Evinrude outboards!
good to know! 🍻
I restored one years ago and sold it to a collector. Had to make bushings for the bogie suspension, clean up everything and polish. I hope you have a spare spark plug or two, they're impossible to find. I still have a few stashed in one of my toolboxes. Thanks for the memory Hoser !
haha you're welcome 🤣🍻 yeah I think Stevie got a couple of spare plugs with it!
Awesome stuff from Hendricks they are my favorite Race Team
they are awesome! 🍻
Excellent like always. I had a 70 and a 71 when they were still called Snow Cruisers.
cheers 🍻
As always, YOU PETE ARE REALLY HILARIOUS. Keep up with the humor
haha thanks! 🤣🍻

absolutely 🍻
Was waiting for that OMC beast to make it's debut.!!!
haha 🍻
Holly cow that sleds older than I am lololol better slap a turbo on it
lol Maybe! 🤣🍻
@@rednecksdirtyhands you could add them dangle diggers but you might rip the tunnel out for more air flow lol
another great video i remember those rotary phones. When i was a kid but great video hope things are going good for ya have a great day and God Bless
Thanks, you too!🍻
Love the old rotory motor. Very cool!!! Still no snow here in central Minnesota so been out riding the old tri z 250 3 wheeler. What a blast! Ad alwways cheers!!
cheers 🍻
Keep up the good work. You should look at diversify your channel a bit with some different projects as you mentioned to get a bigger audience. I don’t even own a snowmobile lol but grew up riding them . Bravo trapper and enticer 340 way back when 😊 .
thank-you! I really appreciate the feedback and I will definitely try to add some different content in the off season! cheers 🍻
Another great video Pete. I've never seen one like that either. Super cool. Thanks for the care package. Keep up the great work buddy 👍 RNDH 4 LIFE.
thanks and you're welcome! cheers 🍻
Mint vid - keep’em coming. Thx!!
thank you! 🍻
Love the rotary evenrude, but that old beater enticer sounds wicked
haha yeah she sounds pretty mean! 🍻
Them were gd snowmobile back in the day but very heavy, I used to have one of those when i was 13, evinrude bobcat ss Think it was a 637 or 650, the hood didnt swing up, two latches in the foot well an then u had to take the gas cap off then u could pull the hood off, I got a picture of it but i dont know how i can send it too u if u like to see it lol. let me know.
🍻🍻🍻🍻
🍻
Someone please send this man a scorpion! Oh, he might’ve done one already. In that case I need a beer.
lol haven't done one of those yet but I'll see if I can find one 🍻
Love these old sleds. Definitely a survivor ya got there. Wonder what it weighs. Seat looks mint from where I stand. Nice one 🍻
thank you! 🍻
WILD HOW QUIET IT IS PRETTY GOOD SHAPE ,,WHERES THE BEER HOLDER LOL
lol 🤣🍻
Always a blast watching you fellas and lady . Hey Pete I'd be cool if you guys could do a restore on a late 80's El Tigre ' . Cool Channel buddy !!!
thank you! 🍻
#3. Loose the foam and 39 will fit under the seat 🤫
🤣🍻
Kyle Larson is the best as of course he's my driver being a fellow dirt racer also! OH and he just won Vegas! I had a old snojet when I was young and a case of Milwaukee best would fit perfectly under the hood! Good stuff as always as your channel is the best! Cheers from Colville Washington!
Right on! thank you, I really appreciate that! cheers to ya in Washington buddy! 🍻
Have to comment again lithium batteries absolutely love cold weather. Just kidding It will always let you down
yeah I've heard that they don't like the cold..we were just using it for racing so we never really had any issues with it but it wasn't that cold out either..
She looks good for 51yrs old! I mean the sled, Not Christina!? 😂😢
🤣 haha Nice One! 🍻
Pull out and look the apex seals on a motor that was used with smooth throttle control, and those used with the ricky racer blipping. Unless you like spending money and time, you'll neve blip a throttle again unless your carb is acting up
Pete you better watch out now... You got them big time nascar drivers watching and studying you for future competition but with Yomomma spanking them they be reliving their childhood threw you 😆😆😆
haha I don't know if I could teach them anything 🤣 but it's pretty freaking awesome! 🍻
@@rednecksdirtyhands well you must be teaching to something. I'm sure if you needed to learn how to drive fast out on the edge they could teach you how to hold on to your balls and just grip it and rip it lololol
Fill that chain case with 50 percent Lucas Gear oil ,and 50 percent transmission fluid. It ll run forever
good tip! cheers 🍻
Imagine 51 years ago riding custom
My dad bought a Evinrude brand new. And a Bob Cat. After that we only drove Arcticcat. Bob cat is faster than the Skeeter. But you have to run premium gas.
Lol. A lot of them had steel cable. He’s young lol
In the early 80s I had a Artee Cat with a Wankel engine that thing couldn’t get out of its own way because it was so underpowered.
Oh I almost forgot, thanx for all of the time and effort that you put into making these really cool videos!
Jim cleaning the butt plug again 😂
So what keeps a rotary engine cool-fan or just free-air??
it has a fan to keep it cool 🍻
The Johnson SkiHorse are so loud. You will loose hearing after 10 min ride
