Just made these: The texture turned out great, they're really soft and fluffy. It does definitely matter what kind of cocoa powder you use, in my case they were not quite chocolatey enough, but that's something I can work on. I added chocolate chips which made it even better. The frosting is nice, and I put some fresh raspberrys on top, this was great because it balanced out the chocolate very well. This is the best recipe I've tried so far :)

Muhammad Munir it’s available in grocery stores, but as a substitute I used 3/4 cup of whole milk + 1 tablespoon of vinegar let it sit for 2-3 minutes it worked just fine .. cupcakes were very moist 👍🏼

I made this today: 12 Cupcakes and it came out great! Fluffy, soft and not too sweet. The icing on top just brings it together. I halved the amount of ingredients. Flour: 120g Sugar: 170g (50g brown/ rest white) Coco: 31g 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 baking powder (little bit) 1/4 tsp Salt 80ml milk plus lemon (Buttermilk) leave for 5 mins then sieve it out 30ml butter/ 30ml oil Melt 1 tbsp Nutella in butter 30ml water Vanilla essence 1 egg Baked for 18 minutes: 180 degrees (Fan oven)
