Simple Rougaille Mauritian Tomato Sauce with Crevette

hey guys I actually filmed these videos a while ago but thankfully I have the time to upload these all for you now. I hope you are enjoying these lockdown recipes sorry I didnt have anything for you yesterday I have a 2.5year old so you can check my stories to an average day am trying to keep the videos up for you as I know they have been helping so many of you!!!
so to make this
1/2medium white onion chopped
1 spring onion
garlic ginger paste
herbs of choice
2 tomatoes chopped or 1 tin tomatoes
paprika
salt to taste
I added small shrimp but you can add anything you like.. chicken, prawns, eggs, tofu! anything
