    I was impressed by the fluidity of this spin when I saw it in a video of Louise Wawrzynska. It's so smooth that I literally couldn't see any transition! I was switching back and forth between my pole and the video to figure out how on Earth it starts backwards and ends facing forwards. I broke it down in this video, so it's easier for you.

    Is this possible on carpet ?

      I’d guess that if your feet just hover and barely touch the „floor“, then yes. Otherwise you might feel quite a bit of friction. Give it a try and let me know if my guess is right.
