  • If you cook eggplants this way, everyone will love this dish! The eggplant recipe is easy to cook, no frying! I'll show you a simple, quick and delicious recipe! Eggplant in the oven is a simple and beautiful dish. This recipe is meatless and not fried. You can prepare it for lunch or dinner. When I cook this dish, there won't be a single piece left! Try the baked eggplant yourself and I'm sure you will love it! The eggplant that drives everyone crazy!
    Cooking recipe and ingredients:
    1 eggplant.
    Cut into thin strips.
    Salt.
    Let the eggplant rest for 30 minutes.
    The moisture should come off.
    1 large tomato.
    Mozzarella 120gr. Parsley. 2 cloves of garlic.
    Add the mozzarella and tomatoes to the aubergine.
    Olive oil. Salt. Black pepper.
    Bake in the oven at 180 ° C (350 ° F) for 50 minutes.

    Fill with water.

    1 broccoli.
    Fill with hot water.
    Salt.
    Leave on for 5 minutes.
    Salt 1 teaspoon.
    Let cook for 5 minutes.
    Chives.
    1/2 onion.
    3 eggs.
    Salt. Black pepper.

    Mozzarella cheese 20g/0.7oz.
    Olive oil.
    Cover with a lid and fry over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
    Fry for another 2 minutes over medium heat.

    Girl that parsley is nuked. It should be added in the last couple of minutes to stay fresh and aromatic. Mix the garlic with a little oil and put it inside instead. Try it ;-)

    Looks yummy…but, I’d use basil (or a combo of basil and parsley). Basil, tomatoes and fresh mozzarella are so delicious together (with Balsamic vinegar glaze, of course! ).

    Пол жизни так делали. Только убирали "хвостик" у баклажана и резали до конца. Выкладывали на противень слоями и было все тоже самое.
    А ещё, баклажанную икру делали из того же набора продуктов.

    Today is my first time tasting egg plant ☘️🌵 it's very good! Haven't had a Turnip bottom since the 80's so I put it all together. Smells great have yet to dig in!

    I love egg plant it's so good

      This eggplant recipe did not turn out as shown on the video. It was watery, and the cheese was rubbery. The eggplant was hard, too, and had to bake longer.

    I made this and it turned out delicious but I'd recommend mixing a more flavorful cheese with the mozzarella, like cheddar or parmesan. It'll turn out delicious!

    This looks awesome! One suggestion: I’ve noticed it’s not necessary to ‘sweat’ eggplant before a recipe. But if you do, I highly suggest not adding more salt to the actual recipe or the result will be a dish that’s too salty.

      Really? I find big eggplants like these to be bitter if you skip the salt step. I salt heavily on both sides of the cut, let it “sweat,” and then rinse as well. That gets out the bitterness and probably a fair amount of the excess salt I guess. Then I pat it dry if it’s going to be breaded. Yeah sometimes I guess I don’t need to salt the dish after. It depends on the dish. I wing it when I cook and if I don’t get the perfect outcome, I adjust it next time

      @@ohrats731 this is true, because the bigger the eggplant the more over ripe it will be. I should have mentioned it is best to choose eggplants that are medium in size. It allows you to omit the sweating step.

    Honestly cut into circles, pan fry, take out when done on both side, take out and dab with paper towels, and put garlic mayonnaise on top each. Enjoy just like that or add a tomato slice on top.

    I like to soak eggplant in milk for about a half hour to reduce bitterness especially if I want to leave the skin on. There's enough salt already IN the milk, by the way. You don't need to add any TO the milk.

    Tried this recipe in mount Athos Greece, but with feta instead, and fresh parsley instead of cooked, olive oil and vinegar. It was perfect.
