Also, it seems that the more 'honest' and open your designs are, the more you have to use a facade of bougie words to describe them. I love The Local Project to death; the production value, esthetic, mood, style, and the houses themselves. If designers were more natural and devoid of finishings in their description of their projects as the projects themselves, I wouldn't be able to find fault in TLP's vids

One thing I always wonder about in loft appartments like these is: what about ventilation / air circulation in the sleeping area? Plus, it's on the top so it's gonna be noticably warmer (hotter)... how does that work? Love the curved edges of the "concrete", and the lighting is mint.
As someone who lives in a loft apartment, I can definitely agree that air con in such a large spa is ineffective and it’s freezing in the winter and boiling in the summer. Tough solution to solve that I’m trying to but not getting far haha
It would be nice to know how much does it cost to built something like this including the lights and furniture ( they look expensive and made to measure )😅

Clever using the curves towards the ceiling, makes the concrete loft area of the bed look so soft and cozy.

Brutalist architecture is pretty much the exact opposite of what I like the most, but for what it is, this is exceptionally well done.
