DUI alone should be mandatory prison time.
The drunk drivers always wanna drive the biggest trucks.
Six years is disgraceful.
The original report cites a 2005 ford F-350 FX4, not a mere 150 - I mean, look at that size difference between two pick-ups at 1:22
Now you need to follow up on this story, and find out why it took 6 years to get to this point.
"It changed a lot of people's lives"
Well... thats not the main issue here.
It ENDED people's lives.
little pee pee truck claims another life
We don't want nor need remorse. We need compliance with the law. He can sit in jail and have all the remorse he wants.
Is it so difficult to drive your car 😂😂😂
Where is 6 comments?
that was so sweet ❤️
Well done to the judge
25 years seems high when compared to other crime sentences.
They mean 4x4 Diesel F-250, huge difference from a light F-150. F-250 is a 6,500 pound missile that will cause major destruction.
Usual suspects
Old victims should warrant a lighter sentencing. Only took 10+ years from that guy. Then again hes lucky it was 1 old man and not a family.
You don’t know that!! Some people live into their 90s or even more.
SIMPLE ; SOFT, WEAK SENTENCE. PLUS, UNREMORSEFUL = PLUS DUI...40 YEARS NOT 25...NO PAROLE.
A little much don’t you think?
Drunk ?? Murder ??
Suuure thing, sweetheart......
What if it was your family .?
That's some bad karma.
Avoiding arrest, hit and run, driving under the influence, vehicular homicide, and other traffic issues are not a light thing to consider when sentencing someone.
