The 15 to 20 is for hard fruit like peaches, apples etc you can freeze dry anything that you find in the freezer department of the grocery store. If you are going to put your freeze dried fruit like in cake, cookies, ect don't bring them back to life because the cake mix and cookies will do it for you. You can also freeze animal meat that you don't eat for your dog's or friends dogs. You will be amazed at what you can freeze dry.

Totally off the subject, but do you recommend a particular brand of earthing mats for the bed? We recently purchased a set from Ultimate Longevity, but I was just wondering if that is the brand you have experience with.
I wouldn't put anything with the eggs they are raw and can contaminate anything in there. They say for Salmonella reasons. And to clean the freeze dryer afterward. Love mine and use it a lot. Thanks for the video.

Australian Sydney-based CryoDry CD8 is super quiet, and the pump barely gets warm. They are amazing!

Yes, they’re LOUD and usually run closer to 36 hours. Still worth it!!

I don’t think it’s that loud but they do put off some heat. The basement is the best place for the FD.
