    Thank you for creating this video and using the star decal the box came with. For a newbie such as myself, it was key! Many other videos skip that and go straight into using their own designs after they have already cut it out and so on... However; since I am new to Cricut all together, I really wanted to use the star it came with to try and understand the process step by step. Thanks again for the tutorial as it made this feel much less intimidating!!!!

    I love this press. I am new to CRICUIT and just love, love, love the product and of course your videos Jennifer. I am a Navy veteran trying to get my life back after my return from Kuwait over 17 years ago. With money being tight and I can't always go out and buy gifts for my kids and grandkid I rely on Cricut to make unique gifts for everyone. I find Cricut a lot of me time, peace and quiet with my Cricut too. I really appreciate your videos and I try to make things for me family members and friends using my Cricut when possible. They love the one-of-a-kind gifts. Keep the great videos coming. I would love to have one of the new presses and the hat press too. They are so awesome!!! Thank you again Jennifer. Oh, by the way...the straw hat came out beautiful and we just had a new edition to the family and 2 more on the way and the elephant was a perfect idea. I think I may have to start making some of those next.

    I like it but I don't at the same time. With their heat presses, they say don't move it around. But with this move it around to cover the area. If it has to be moved around to cover the entire area, why didn't they make it larger to accomplish that? The mini would do the job just fine. Just "move it around".

    • @shuggaraecreation2009
      @shuggaraecreation2009 2 года назад +1

      The smidge difference is that it curves for more coverage that would be my thoughts 🤔

      @@JenniferMaker Thank you so much for your response. I finally have time to learn, and your tutorials are amazing. But when it comes to making labels for hats... I must be doing something wrong. Do you have a tutorial from scratch? Like setting the measurements on the computer and printer. or is that included in your Coach Playbook?

    Love the tutorial, what settings do you use in the maker to cut through the iron on liner. I do a lot of layering and would love to do that!

    I use Starcraft HTV, it says to use 285 for 10 seconds, so do you go by the app or by Starcraft??

      You may want to try Starcraft HTV guide since it is a different brand.

    • @JenniferMaker

      It needs a high polyester count to work.

    Hi Jennifer! I love watching your videos. Question, can you use Cricut Smart Vinyl with the Cricut Hat Press? And can you use any material hats or just polyester hats?

    • @jpfregos
      @jpfregos 2 года назад

      If it’s regular vinyl no, you need either HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) or Iron On Vinyl (Cricut sells Smart Iron On). These heat transfer vinyls can be used on cotton or other blends of cotton-polyester. Hope this clarifies your question.

    I don’t always use Cricut Every Day Iron-On, I’m a big Siser fan. Can we use the Siser heat guide for their vinyl with the hat press? I assume it would be different than pressing a cotton shirt. Any thoughts?

    Curious? You mentioned the form is made of walnut material… will it transfer into the hat material? Don’t want to make some one sick that may be allergic. Also if selling don’t want to have that liability! Please advise! Thanks!

    • @JenniferMaker
      @JenniferMaker  2 года назад +1

      The Cricut Hat Press includes a Hat Pressing Form that contains walnut shells. Cricut has applicable ALLERGY WARNING information posted on their product details page, outer packaging, internal shrink-wrapping of the Hat Pressing Form, and permanently affixed on the care instructions label on the Hat Pressing Form itself. While Cricut does not currently believe that hats are unsafe to wear after heat pressing using the Hat Pressing Form, they highly recommend you consult with your allergy specialist if you have any concerns about the severity of any allergies. In case of any irritation, immediately wash skin with soap and water; if irritation persists, seek immediate medical attention 🌸

      @@JenniferMaker with that being said do you agree that if selling we should include care instructions to include but not limited to a warning regarding the allergy?

      Yes, you could create the design in Design Space and print it if you'd like, but you don't need Design Space to use the hat press 😊🌻
