5 salmon fillet
4 tbsps unsalted butter
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsps minced garlic
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 lemon juice 2 tbsps finely chopped parsley

All I can say is wow! I tied this today and everyone in my family loved it including my 10 year old picky food eater of a brother.
I tried this recipe out today😍 so good my fiancé loved it too! I would recommend cooking on medium low heat if you have a lot of seasoning. I had to clean my pan before cooking the sauce because the seasoning was burning, thankfully the salmon wasn’t burnt.
This recipe is pretty darn good. Atlantic salmon with skin. Generously seasoned only one side. High heat for skin-side sear. Yumm. Thank you 🙏

Try a high fat, and carnivore diet. BBBE(Beef,butter,bacon,eggs). As well as broccoli, asparagus, brussle sprouts, cauliflower, nuts. Stay away from peas, carrots, breads, honey, agave, white potatoes, white rice, sweets in general. You can reverse your type 2 diabetes if thats what you have.

Few tips:
1. Oil the filets before seasoning, that way it sticks, rather than being taken away as the oil won't stick. Brush them in oil first.
2. Space out the filets on your cutting board, then season across the filets as well as between them -then you can just tilt the filet to either side to season the sides too
3. Use oil first in the pan, high heat, sear off ALL sides very quickly, turn the heat down on low -then add butter and garlic, like with a steak.
