    Ed Sheeran did one of his first non-acoustic songs with Taylor.....”Everything Has Changed”. But you have to do the video version because it was actually one of the first videos he was seen in. He had never been in his own MV. They are total besties and he even surprised her on stage dressed like one of her dances as a clown! They are hilarious together. Rumored that she just happened to invite this young lady to one of her beach parties... turned out it was Ed Sheeran’s school crush and now they are married!

    She really has a way of taking people by surprise. She doesn’t fit into anyone’s narrative of who she is or how high the limit is. She’s busted through glass ceilings and is out of the atmosphere altogether. There really isn’t anyone like her. One day, when you watch her documentary, “Miss Americana”, she just puts herself and music out there, she’s not afraid of becoming obsolete, she doesn’t paint into a corner is why. ❤️🥰❤️
    You find yourself smiling because she makes us feel good, you’re a full on Swiftie now! She loves us as much as we love her. It’s been so fun going on this journey with you too! 🫶☺️

    • @robertthompson7242
      @robertthompson7242 9 месяцев назад +3

      ?? "she’s not afraid of becoming obsolete"
      The Lucky One; and Nothing New both sort of express her worry on that; she also said something in her documentary about wanting to take advantage of her current success, because she felt it wouldn't last. (and, as always, she is exceeding expectations! ) 😍

    • @SwiftieXinfinity
      @SwiftieXinfinity 9 месяцев назад +1

      @@robertthompson7242 correct, the wording was off a bit on my post, she’s not afraid of becoming obsolete because she’s always reaching for the stars and she doesn’t paint herself into one genre. 😊 it’s definitely part of her ingenuity and she makes no apologies for doing so. ♥️🥰♥️

      That's one he should look at the mv first so he can see how she re-worked it as time went on. The video is about Gyllenhaal; but the circus /Wonderland stage show on the Red Tour was all about Harry; and the rock version on 1989 (and the new arrangement of IKYWT) were the only pop songs she was allowed to work on with Max Martin for the Red Album. Only 22 escaped a rock arrangement.

    You're right - this goes hard live! The entire Reputation Tour does, tbh. It's kind of weird how your emotions take over when you're listening to or watching Taylor Swift - hard to understand until you've felt it. I'm loving your Taylor journey so far. If you stick with it, you'll surely hit 400k! Of course I'll still spam your comments until you react to Don't Blame Me from the Rep Tour and All Too Well (10 Min Version). Yes, you're 100% correct about your rabbit hole so far -- we know what we're doing lol. There's an art to introducing someone to Taylor - she has something for everyone and she plays around with different genres, so we like to show off her versatility and show people how wrong their preconceived notions were.
    You should do a search for videos like "Taylor Swift Being Herself" , Taylor Swift Being a Songwriting Genius, and Swiftmas if you want to adore her even more.

    I love your reactions. Taylor is very lovable. She's so open and 100 percent genuine that you really can't help but love her. She's also very relatable and she's very true and honest. The industry and others don't like her because she doesn't fit into that box they like to have for celebrities. She's not tied down to any one style. She just lets the music and feelings drive the bus. Oh, and Taylor and Ed are really good friends. Have been for years. I think Ed has rapped before. 9:18 because so many artists say sentiments LIKE 'I wanna be your endgame'... but the truth is, that IS a powerfully emotional thing to say. And she may put the flirt in, put the fun in, and make it feel light and flowy but it's STILL TAYLOR sharing her heart and the very real sentiment of 'I WANT this, I WANT to be the one for you'. That's big and we all know it. And there's layers of joy and playfulness and everything that just take us so many places in our memories and feelings and it's nostalgic and just throws all those feelings right on the canvas of the song.
    And please do 'You're Losing Me' (from the Vault) xo
    About her 'randomness'... every album has a theme. A vibe. An entire genre really. So... find the album it's from and you'll have an idea of what you're about to experience.

    Fun fact: Ed and Taylor are ride or die BESTIES. There was actually a video where Taylor talked about how they met, and basically they got together at her house to work on a song together, and Taylor randomly just blurted out “do you wanna see my trampoline???” And they both just went outside and jumped on the trampoline while Taylor played him a demo on the guitar. They’ve been best friends ever since lmao
    Taylor becomes close friends with all of the people that she does collabs with, so when she writes music that’s meant for more than one person to sing, they’re her go-tos, and I’m pretty sure it’s the same for the other artist as well. It’s why you see so many of her collaborations with the same people.

    For context, Ed and Taylor have been really great friends for 12 years I think? They wrote 2 songs together for her Red album (album #4), and one collab made it on her album (Everything Has Changed.) Run was released with the rerecord of Red in 2021. Then they did this collab with Future for Reputation (Album #6) They also did a collab for Ed's latest album (The Joker and the Queen) They just sound sooo great together. Usually they do it more acoustically, this was their first "rap" song, but they knocked it out of the park!

It’s perfect for showing how diverse her discography really is. If you want another surprise in terms of sound, check out Carolina! Another highly underrated song that’s a single she did for a movie and it’s classified as “Americana Appalachian Folk” 😂 not everyone’s vibe, it’s definitely mine, but regardless it’s another testament to her range!

    i understand wanting to mostly do live versions, however, with taylor, the music videos are another side of her too. the amount of work and art she puts into them- and loads of little easter eggs too. it shows more of her than you think, if that makes sense. keep listening to the lives etc ofc as they are epic, but defo do MV's too. (i only just found you, so im going to go binge a bunch of your TS reactions and you may have already done more MV's)

  • @NYandAZ

    The tear is because you’re becoming a Swiftie. You are seeing her true heart and her utter beauty through her amazing music. I love seeing the transformation. She’s so adorable, witty and funny. She gets too much hate because they’re jealous of her talent and potential. She’s just getting started. If you can, watch “Taylor’s Version” of a song because it’s HERS. She owns that. Not her ex-manager who stole the rights to her earlier work. She took them to court and won! She’s not someone who just gets kicked and stays down. Watch out when she gets back up because she’ll be even better. ❤

    What you're experiencing right now is so meeee... Its such a blessing to experience reputation era for the first time, her reputation album in 2017 is what makes me a Swiftie and I would sell my soul to relive the same experience of hearing it for the first time. The reputation album is one of her most dark sonically different album and its basically produced to be be chaotic and big as during that time she was at her lowest with the Kanye drama, media cancellation and everything, hence the production reflecting that, but if you gave the album a listen, it slows down, ending it with a soft ballad. It's her finding true love in the midst of all the chaos around her, and yes the snake symbol is Taylor's way of branding this era as Kim and the media called her that time as "snake" and Taylor being the badass as she is made it her whole aesthetic 💅💅💅.

    Oh, and another thing. Taylor put a lot of thought into having her albums be cohesive. She puts a lot of thought into which tracks she puts on them and which order she puts them in. Ask any Taylor Swift fan and we can tell you what type of song she might pick for track five versus track two versus track nine etc. You’re missing a lot but just doing individual songs even though you’re starting to get it
    - I mean sometimes I think the album record Company told her she couldn’t put that many songs on but I think also she decided not to put some on for reason which become clear now that we hear them 10 years later.
    Glad you are having fun just starting to get to know her and her music
