This is really nice. I think I am getting confused on what the first stitch is vs the 2nd stitch in the rows. Is the first stitch the same stitch as the chain three?

Technically yes, but when she starts it off she says make 11 double crochets and then the 12th was the chain of 3, but yes technically it is the first stitch but the pattern for each row starts with the second stitch if that makes sense 😭 I hope I didn’t make it worse
