@@rhinocraft2594They are a bit limp on each other with the banter and the way it comes across.Its a well known fact my friend that the best comedians the country has ever had came from the north where the humour is always more focused precise and honed into to rip your friend another embarrassment arsehole when the opportunity arises.These 3 have known each other years the banter and jokes when they have them should be far better.Light hearted banter is great when its funny.Sometimes they have it a little in videos ive watched others not and this was one video that if they had it consistently it would have shown but it was very lacking and found wanting at times.I hope that kind of explains more of what i was talking about?? Either keep the video focused and serious and informative or totally turn left field and make it humorous dont try and do both as it doesnt work.But this one should have been better on the humour front between 3 guys that have known each other years.

Hes right the S2k is very overrated. MX5 you know what you are getting. (Note owned an S2000 not an MX5) I only imagine all S2k owners lie about how good they are to sell them on ;)
They feel gutless in comparison to the Miata because they have a much less aggressive final drive. The only time you can feel a noticeable performance difference would be on track where you can afford to keep it in the rev range for any notable amount of time. Engineering explained gives some pretty good information in his video on why he bought an MX-5 over an NSX. He compares the miata to his old supercharged S2K.
@@logiarplayz9029 Honestly, my 01 3.0L outback felt less gutless than an s2k. But I did enjoy how light the thing felt.
@@emans4seam The old H6 had 210 Lb-Ft or torque vs the S2K's 153 so might explain that.
@@dean2226 You have to watch TheSlipAngle's videos. He breaks down the development story of the s2000 into very technical information and pretty much debunks every common criticism and highlights that every critic of the S2000 aren't really pushing the car hard enough.

That Audi with the “custom induction kit” 😂 It’s the cheapest universal cone filter off eBay on the standard intake pipe. Along with the back box delete and light up badge, this Audi has ‘eBay special’ written all over it. Oh and a cheap “race chip” to enhance that 160bhp 🤣

Yeah it's ridiculous the s2000 is not overrated, Almost no Japanese cars in the UK are overrated compared BMWs, VW's, Audis etc.
@Dee Jay... Best motoring ran an old tired S2000 with 147k on it on a short stage and it actually posted a faster time, Than the new civic type r and the magane RS and alot more modern cars overrated car that are considered fast...

Currently 400hp, but the turbo I have in it is enough for over 600 by raising the boost. Has forged internals aswell.

A Miata owner says an S2000 is gutless. lol. The S2000 is lifeless? Overrated? Even if you are trying to roast, that is a stretch.
I had a cheap lil honda jazz four years back, its quite a fun car, reliable especially if you've only spent pennies on it drives like a train, can hold its self in corners.
you can flat pack the back seats too turn it into a sort of van/estate chuck a few blankets in the back you got a camper proper nimble lil banger.. but thats all it is.... a banger
