Lecture of the photographer artist Miro Ito will on «Art as Media is a Message for Universality». Miro Ito presents Japanese cultural treasures in their photographic reproduction and their East West cultural links as examples for the unity and solidarity of mankind under the motto “The medium is a message”.
The lecture is supported by a theatrical performance with masks Gigaku by the dancer Shunso Arai and it took place on Tuesday the 29th of January at the Byzantine and Christian Museum.
Διάλεξη της φωτογράφου-καλλιτέχνιδος Miro Ito με θέμα «Η Τέχνη ως Μέσο και ως Mήνυμα Oικουμενικότητας («Art as Media is a Message for Universality»). Η Miro Ito, με αφορμή τους πολιτιστικούς θησαυρούς της Ιαπωνίας, που απεικονίζονται στη φωτογραφική της έκθεση: «Δρόμος του Φωτός και της Ελπίδας», μιλά για οράματα που απηχούν την ενότητα, έχοντας ως σύνθημα: «Το μέσο είναι μήνυμα».
Παράλληλα με τη διάλεξη πραγματοποιήθηκε παράσταση - δρώμενο με μάσκες Gigaku από τον χορευτή Shunso Arai.
Η εκδήλωση πραγματοποιήθηκε την Τρίτη 29 Ιανουαρίου 2019 στο Βυζαντινό και Χριστιανικό Μουσείο.
