FCP Introduction

This video is an amalgam of two videos put out by the (pre MPI) New Zealand Food Safety Authority.
Its a relatively short video introducing the FCP and should help newcomers to understand what its all about.
The videos were produced to promote the voluntary implementation programme in advance of the templated Food Control Plan becoming a legal requirement under the Food Act 2014.
As of 1 March 2014 many food service businesses will have to transition over to the FCP as the Food Hygiene Regulations are phased out.
Viewing the video is an insight into how the FCP works. It is actually very easy and makes complete sense for you to control food safety for your business using the Food Control Plan.
