Hola Steve, todos los acuerdos relacionados a mi formulario web adoptan el título del formulario. ¿Hay alguna forma de que el título tome el valor de algún campo para poder identificar los acuerdos?
Hello Steve. I have a question about web forms, I hope you can answer it. I want to create and sell a web form. So, I created a web form for a client and added it to his site. When my client's customers fill out this form, I want my client's name to appear at the bottom of the form, that is, in the contract section. However, since the subscription is in my name, my name appears. I did some research in the communities and it said it was about ownership of forms. How do you think I can change this situation? I would be happy if you answer, thank you
This is all great but only satisfies the most basic and simple workflows. Most workflows are way more complex and requires multip-step prefills and muti-step signings. Example #1: New Hire Employement Agreement 1) An applicant needs to enter their information 2) HR might need add the salary and optional neogoiated compensation 3) The hiring manager need to review 4) HR & Hiring manager sign 5) Back to applicant for their signature. Example #2: Lease/Rental Agreement for large equipment 1) Applicant prefills form 2) Leasing Team add equipment, serial number, and pricing informaton 3) Analyst researches company and approves lease 4) Manager Signs 5) Back to company/applicant for finial signature It would be nice if Adobe would use real-world use cases in signing. Maybe this now exists so please correct me. We also would like customer facing items presented to them on our website (WordPress) so let me know how this would be done. Would we pass along some sort of user-id to Adobe to keep the contracts assigned with a signed in user?
Hi is there a way to have a redirection back to the website after the customer signs? I'd like to implement this in a registration form that depends on the confirmation of the signature.
Currently, if you're using the Adobe Sign website to create agreements or web forms, you cannot specify a custom post-signing re-direct page (not sure if this will change in the future). However this can be done using the Adobe Sign API, it's pretty straightforward. Do you have any development resource at all to create a simple form using the API?
@@SteveWalkerWeb I could manage if there's good documentation. Is the API available for the Small business plan? I have not signed up for any plan yet.
Is there a way to update the form to keep the same weblink? I have a year specific form I want to just update the year on the form, but keep the same link.
Hi Kevin, sorry for the delay in replying. When you're logged into Adobe Sign, clicking Manage > Web Forms > and the click on the Edit button next to a web form will allow you to change the position of the fields and signature boxes overlaying the document. You can make these changes and press Save and this will preserve the URL. You are not able to swap out the underlying document I'm afraid, you will need to create a new web form, this will unfortunately give you a new URL. Hope this helps!
The login screen for Adobe Sign is: secure.eu1.echosign.com/public/login The option to create a Web Form can be found on the home page of the portal once you're logged in. Do you definitely have an Adobe Sign subscription active?
@@SteveWalkerWeb Thanks for the reply. I have an Acrobat DC subscription and was under the impression that included Sign, but now not so sure. Are there additional features (such as this) for an additional subscription?
Hi, sorry for the late reply. Acrobat DC gives you a basic version of Adobe Sign, without some of the features in my video. The version I am showing in my video is Adobe Sign Business & Enterprise, which will have all the features. This is a separate license fee.
@@SteveWalkerWeb Thanks for answering my question I just wrote. I'd say that is a missing key point in the video. Otherwise well done with the video. Thanks!
I'm wanting to send a document where a customer would fill out the fields with their information and then sign it at the end to send back. Is this something you can do on Adobe Sign? All the ones I'm finding are only for me to fill out and get them to sign it
Hi Andy, yes, Adobe Sign can send documents for data capture and signature. This video is for Web Forms (fillable forms), you require just a standard send for signature! See my video demonstration here: ruclips.net/video/va1o7mSrzLs/видео.html
Hi Jim, Web Forms are only available for Adobe Sign for Small Business, Business, and Enterprise. It could be that you're not on the correct plan. For more information about the plans, see here: acrobat.adobe.com/uk/en/sign/pricing/compare-plans.html
Hi Steve, can we do multiple signatories using the Web Forms feature? ie, anon user goes to your website, signs, then sends to a partner and then it gets cc'd to signer 1 at the same time as being returned to you, the company? Do you have a demo of this so I can see the experience for signer 1? Thanks!
Hi Ewen, Web Forms can have multiple counter signers (up to a total of 25 recipients) after an anon user fills out your form. At the moment these counter signers must be known from the outset and built-in to the flow of the Web Form when you create it. i.e. the anon form filler cannot specify who the next signers will be. This is a capability that will be coming very soon to Adobe Sign and I will be creating a new demo video on RUclips as soon the capability goes live.
@@SteveWalkerWeb Hi Steve has this capability now been developed? If a form is to be signed from the website by two people unknown when creating the form is it possible? Thanks
Hi Susmita, the parts of the document are showing and hiding using a read-only text box acting as a mask over the top. I am showing and hiding them using the showif() and hideif() delimiters on the form field names/text tags. More information here: helpx.adobe.com/uk/sign/using/create-forms-with-acrobat.html and search for 'showif' here: helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/text-tag.html
@@SteveWalkerWeb , thanks for these videos. Building on Susmita's question and your response links, What if it is the result of a radio button selection instead of a check box that you want to base showing or hiding other form fields on?
Sorry for the later reply, radio buttons will work too. Instead of showif(checkbox=checked) you can add showif(radiobutton=option). So for a real work example: showif(title=other) or hideif(employment_status=retired) Hope this helps!
How do you turn an Adobe Sign document into an Adobe Web Form and generate the URL? I would like to publish my Adobe Web Forms in a Microsoft Teams Channel.
Hi Raymond, the instructions for creating a Web Form start at 4:08. Once you have your URL, see my Teams demo video to show how to add it in to a Microsoft Teams channel: ruclips.net/video/n3o4nTGOfGo/видео.html
@@SteveWalkerWeb Thank you very much. One last question: Can I use Adobe Sign for in person signing? Basically signing a waiver at a front gate upon entry.
Adobe Sign supports in-person signing using our mobile apps. There is an in-person option on the home screen of the apps. Not in the web browser yet, I'm afraid. However a waiver on a tablet use case would be perfect for a Web Form would it not?
@@SteveWalkerWeb Unfortunately, there is no information here on how to get to the website to create a webform. When I select Adobe Sign in my subscription, all I get is that I should download the APP for Android or OSX....

This is EXACTLY what I need! Thanks so very much for this tutorial!
