Thank you for the comprehensive and straight forward guide. I've been sending e-sign forms to myself as it was a quick fix. But this makes me feel so much more confident signing contracts with clients and staff.
i got it thanks, the information is for Windows on the Mac I did not see those options but when I used My laptop I was able to follow along and create the signature. Would it be possible for you to do a lesson using the Mac?
Do i have a differnt version of Acrobat Pro? I do not have a preferences option on the file tab. Control K takes me to a similar flyout but no signature option.

I need to add this type of signature to some construction documents and cannot due to my inability to complete the digital signature. Please help or if anyone reading this can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

Is there an easy way to add a full address in a dropdown list? I created a fax form, and I have multiple addresses to choose from I'm trying to create a way to either select the department and it auto fills an address or a field where I can choose one of three addresses. How can I do this?

When I go to Fill & Sign or try to insert my digital signature, the whole screen gets greyed out and I can't do anything - I can't access my digital signature, get rid of the grey screen or move it around. Any ideas on how to fix this or what's going on?

It's not on the File tab. It's on the Menu tab - top left. If you don't have it, are you sure you have the Pro version?

Did you managed to this fixed at all ? if so, how did you do it ?
You don't use the Fill and Sign feature. Per the video, you use the Use a Certificate option

How can a 3rd party check if your signature is authentic? Anybody can crete their own "John Smith" certificate.
