Definitely agree with the hump in the tail pad, feels so good under your foot. I'm in love with the FCS T3 wide tail pad for that reason.

For a shortboard I think definitely! If you’re on a longer board like 7ft + it doesn’t matter as much. But helps heaps for performance surfing
