Another song you need to check out is Iron Man by them if you haven't already, I think it's honestly even better than this one, even the guitar solo
“whoever this lead singer is” is crazy
Lmao not knowing Ozzy and being older than 15 is wild
Ozzy the Metal king
@@DrMantisToboggan69lmao I know who Ozzy is. I love Crazy Train! I just forgot he was in this band lmao. Found out in my War Pigs vid 😂
Ozzy mf osbourne
😂😅😮😂
I meant “WAR PIGS,” not Holy Wars lol
someone say holy wars 👀
@@coup0n +1 for Holy Wars if not done already
Funny you picked a Megadeth song. They have a good cover of this one.
Edit: “Nick! Nick!!”
@@icommentonreactions1619 Holy Wars is one of the best bits of guitar artistry in metal
Megadeth is offended...lol. both good songs though
GOATed for that double down on the white people music 🙏🏻
I didn't expect anything less!
👍🏻
Ozzy " prince of darkness " Osborne. A true legend. 75yo ,brain fried from coke, Parkinson's and still got on stage last year and belted it out like a champ. He even has new music out. There will never be another like him🤘🤘
Even though he can barely speak in anything resembling coherent english these days, once you put this man on stage and get the music going, he sounds clear as day like it's still the 70's.
Don't forget the copious amount of acid.
Lead singer Ozzy Osbourne is a case study on why you shouldn't do all the drugs all the time. He once got strung out and snorted a line of ants lmao!
Fyi. Ants are spicy and not in a good way... Will not elaborate.
Somebody's intro this guy to some ACDC and Angus Youngs rifts. He's gonna flip out.
For Those About to Rock in Moscow
The same four dudes made a much more political song called "War Pigs" around the same time that encouraged RATM and others to speak out. BTW "That Singer" is Ozzy Osbourne, and we were indeed partaking of the subs. if you catch my snow drift! hahaha!
he already listened to war pigs
@@goat3516 Yeah, I found that out. Figures...
random lore, this song wasn't even going to be on the album in the first place but they needed another song on the album and included it as an afterthought. turned out it was one of their biggest hits
"whoever this lead singer is" 😵
😂😅😮😂
Dude! congratulations WAIT did YOU say " whoever is the singer..." Holy hell, that is Ozzy!
so yes, it was a LOTTTTTTTT of coke
So Geezer Butler is the chief songwriter in Black Sabbath, he wrote almost all their lyrics
Black sabbath fn rules. You're in for a helluva ride with this band.
Into the Void and Lonely is the Word 🔥😮💨 hope to sweet fuck he gets to these bangers
Did my man @HollywoodRobTV just say "whoever the singer is?!" Bro, this is Ozzy Osborne
Rock 'n Roll Racing on the SNES, baby!
Gotta wait until you get to those last cars!! 🚙 🚘 🚘 Those are the fast ones
Production value on that commercial was killer.
"Catchy" is not how i, personally, would describe The Sabbath 😂🤘
I'm not offended that you call it "white Music". Yes, anyone can listen to anything but everyone knows each race got their own style that they grew up on, love & create.........so, what're we doing here? We're watching someone branch out of that notion, so appreciate the journey 'cause I am, it's dope AF.
the people with those kinds of takes are in that phase where theyre smart enough to know racism is bad, but they dont know what racism actually is so they cant comprehend the concept of people actually having cultures and it not being a bad thing. Individualism brainrot is real
real spill
Well said!!! ❤
The energy you bring to your reactions always gets me hype! Keep it up!!🔥
Just saw Foo Fighters live in the UK / Birmingham last night. BS are from Birmingham so they brought out the bassist to play Paranoid. Crowd went CRAZY!!! I know i did lol.
almost 100K!! ...love it. I was always saying your numbers didnt reflect how good this channel is, glad to see that has changed .
"Desperate People" by Living Colour is another banger (it's honestly one of their underrated songs imo)
"Into The Void" is another Black Sabbath banger too.
+100 for recommending Living Colour!
‘Love Rears Its Ugly Head’ also
A more fitting name would be "Depression", but they still made an incredible classic.
You heard it in Dazed and Confused..probably.
@shack_SI
I think it's also in a Marvel movie. Not certain.
The Live in Paris (1970) version of this song is awesome!
you know ball
This is a song about self-medicating for depression.
The bass line on this is absolutely massive from start to finish.
Ozzy baby
One greatest rock band of all time when they were all together
Hand of doom is crazy by them too!
absolutely love your style, and that includes pointing out our differences as well as our similarities!!! you're just being real.
This is one of my favorite songs
Movie dazed and confused! Best movie ever
Yes baby dnt compromise. We like u bcuz you're being you.❤
love ya bro , keep it real asf but fr this is a certified banger
Love the outro. Enjoy life.
you HAVE TO react to led zeppelin next
Maybe Wanton Song, that one goes
I’m def doing some Zeppelin! I’ve got you
@@HollywoodRobTV gotta do stairway forst, greatest song of all time
"when the levee breaks" always a good intro. got the OG boom bap drum beat all the hip hop sampled
@@hiqidb "Stairway to Heaven' is a glorified fingering exercise, and you all know it!!" - Coach Beard
Glad you liked this absolute banger. There's so so many great bands and music that people avoid because they pigeonhole them into a stereotype. I love watching people find out about music I've been listening to for 30 years. Enjoy the journey and keep an open mind. Metal; punk; ska; emo, ct. I hope you find more music that touches your soul like it seemed this one did. Excited to see you grow. Also as a white person this is most certainly white people music, but I also never met anyone into the music thats trying to gatekeep it. We all win if a song is a certified banger.
Try Hand of Doom. It's so good.
Paranoid is one of my favorite songs ever. It gets me going every single time!
First time I am ever commenting on social media... love what you do... you need to try The Who... 60's classic rock... think it will be right up your alley... start with "Who Are You"... the beginning is super funky and I could imagine your reaction when I was listening to it in the car today.... then try "Baba O'Reilly" , "Pinball Wizard" and "Won't Get Fooled Again" ... the opening seconds of all 3 songs are iconic... keep at it!
U gotta do sweet leaf next !!
Kong: Skull Island! He's whippin' some flyboy butt.!
More stuff to know. The guitarist Geezer Butler tuned the strings down cause he got the tips of his fingers cut off at work and had to make his own prosthetic. It's why the tune's so low and heavy.
Music unites!
Ozzy Osborne was into everything back in the day.
Alot of movies have had this song on it Black Sabatith
idc what anyone says keep doin what you're doin cuz it's all Gold.
Ozzy bit the head off a BAT.
Whenever I put on some NWA, Big L, Tupac or Wutang, I love saying to my homies "LETS GET DOWN WITH SOME BLACK MUSIC YA"LL"
so I know how it feels Rob, keep doin you.
Good ad 💯
"or whatever drugs they was doing back then"...
Sounds like it's time for Sweet Leaf or Snowblind 😂
I heard that they wrote this song in the studio in about ten minutes before they recorded it because they needed one more song for the album.
(Maybe it was a half hour or something either way some short amount of time)
Nice choice to react!
This song isn't about depression it's about the feeling of coming down from being high on weed. The woman is mary jane. He's talking about how he doesn't enjoy life unless he's high, and the song is called paranoid because paranoia is something that affects some people when high
Wow I’m old. My dad was born before this came out and idk what an “eater” is. But Ik this whole fuggin album
Some must -must-must listen some songs from a band called Pistol Grip. Its hard, its fast, it "on fire". Songs include "LA City Jinx", "Cruxcifixation Politics", "P.O.W.", "Black Heart", "Adrenaline". Any or all songs are worth listening, but these are good starting points. No music videos i have found, just live shows.
Back in the day, people were losing their minds that Black Sabbath's music encouraged Satanism. Fast forward 50 years and it's totally normal to hear a track like this in, like, a fucking car commercial. "Paranoid" has been featured in The Angry Birds Movie, of all things. 🤣🤣🤣
Still a great driving song!
Fun fact: The juxtaposition of the tone and lyrics is intentional because the song is about Bipolar Depression.
If you're old enough, Rob, you might have heard it on Rock and Roll Racing.
Hey Rob I see you smiling. You like it.
I really wish I could just chat with you, without a Patreon subscription, I have a plethora of all music. The real reason though, I think you should have a Blues day, or a Soul day, keep the white music of course. So much good music out there! I know life gets in the way, and your branching out into other options, but your reactions to music that you've never heard is priceless and untouchable! Stay safe and congrats on life!
I’m just patiently waiting for him to discover Sleep Token
Try Sabbath's Planet Caravan in your own time with something herbally ;-)
Fun fact, this was just a filler track they didn't care about. they needed a track to fill space on the album (cause you have to fill up a record) to they made this in like a day or so, ended up being one of their biggest hits.
Need to do "Perry Mason!"
Thunder Underground on that same album goes hard too 🔥🤘🏽🔥
3:15
Speaking of emotions driving music.
One of Metallica's other rather well known songs, Fade to Black, was written after the band had their equipment stolen while on tour, specifically right before their show in Boston in '84. Fellow metal band Anthrax lent them some to finish the remaining gigs.
Arguably one of the most well known tracks on "Ride The Lightning". Its a powerful but dark song because it was written from a place of feeling powerless.
Its a little long (just barely under 7 mins), but it is a great song. Very very powerful lyrics and still retains that heavy kick you enjoy mixed with some slower sections. It wouldn't be a metallica song without a solo either so you can look forward to that as well
Ozzy made this song being paranoid smoking strong weed bra 😂it wasn’t even supposed to be on the album but this became a hit
Yeah check out Snowblind and Sweet Leaf. ☮️💜🤘🔥 and the vocalist is Ozzy, our uncle/dad/godfather of metal. 🦇🖤
you should do sleep - the druid
ayy bro you gotta check out "Mama I'm Coming Home" by Ozzy if you wanna hear a different side of him.
If you're going through the Paranoid album, check out Iron Man. And if you like that, check out Ozzy Ozbourne. He's the lead singer on this album and his life story is so f-ed up, it's beyond biopic levels of crazy. Some of his more infamous tales include doing a line of ants and biting the head off of a bat a press release.
I have no clue how he survived the 80's, but he's going to this day.
The Warrrnnnninnngggg! C'mon ladies night!
The "white people music" statement wasnt the least bit offensive. I thiught it was honest and hilarious and its appropriate too.
I steongly, steingly recommend you dig into Jimi Hendrix. He can be tough to poat on youtube due to copyright stuff, but kisten on your own if needed. Wjat he did was take the "whited up" version of the blues that was popular in the mid 60s, nasically invented the electric, psychedelic sound, and thwn integrated his R&B/Soul backround to creat something completely unique. He made three of the greatest and most original Rock albums ever over the course of two years, started to mix thing up a bit in terms of his sound and who he played with, then tragically passed away.
Edit...also, if you haven't already seen it and want a hilarious take on white vs blackusical taste, look up the Chappelle show skit with John Mayor about it. I can't remember the title but it's easy to find. Freakin gut busting funny I promise.
How do you mispell "strongly" twice, back to back? 😆
@@TheOAFKingGo ahead. Laugh it up. I deserve it. I do this on my phone. Sometimes I type well. Sometimes I type poorly but catch and correct mistakes. Sometimes I post ugly garbage like that above.
I do know how to spell strongly lol.
I could've edited that mess a while ago but felt like it would be somehow dishonest to the people who had already seen it.
Please do any Black Sabbath song that isn’t from the first half of paranoid album. Their first six albums have so much more to offer than the songs you hear on the radio. Check out Sabbath Bloody Sabbath or Snowblind
Check out “Stone the Crow” by Down
Black Sabbath 1968-eternity🤘
😂😂 that intro was gold (your vid intro, not the song's)
@HollywoodRobTV bro I love your videos because it reminds me of listening to music with friends. Btw its Ozzy Osbourne that's the lead singer.
IT'S OZZY, ROB.
Please listen to Slayer Reign in Blood or Bloodline!
Yawn.
Yeah my dude. Have you done War Pigs?
This song was on the soundtrack for a Madden game like 10-15 years ago.
It's been in a bunch of games.
I would very much recommend checking out Motorhead.
while the big intro would be Ace of spades. I would suggest Killed by Death, Killers, Brotherhood of man, One more F**king time, and the Ozzy+Motorhead 30'th anniversary version of Hellraiser
You should react to Electric Funeral by them
Curious what HollywoodRob would think of some rock ballads? I want to see his reaction to Dragonforce
You have to react to Pantera - Domination (Live from Moscow) Dimebag’s guitar solos on that video is one of if not the greatest performances of all time!!!
Ozzy got in trouble for this one! And at least this time it was undeserved. After a young man unalived himself, it was blamed on Ozzy’s and other’s music. The line “I tell you to enjoy life” was misinterpreted as “I tell you to end your life”.
'Sabbath bloody sabbath', the song (Remastered). Or 'Psycho man'.or 'Selling my soul'
Black Sabbath is probably the best 3 piece band with a singer favor make albums. Along with?
Led zeppelin that's my top too
Music can be for everyone, but all music comes from one culture or another. I would love you to try and recommend 'black' music that matches the vibes of the tracks
“Zombies” by the Cranberries ‼️‼️
lol do sweet leaf next
Bro you gotta listen to snuff by slipknot, would definitely change your perspective of them
Are you familiar with Gift of Gab?
"Freedom Form Flowing" is one I'd love to see you react to. Not "white music", per se, but just a killer track, though it's a little obscure. A recommendation you won't regret listening to, for sure.
BIG ROB!!!!!!!!!!!
You need to check out Imminence with song “Continuum.” Official Music Video please. If you like hard rock and violin. Lead singer sings while playing violin.
bro YOU GOTTA listen to People = Shit by Slipknot off the Iowa album. Slipknot's Iowa album was filled with rage and despair as the entire band was dealing with lots of issues within their lives, and in the songs the singer Corey Taylor heavily reflects on his past through the different songs.
Sabbath is the perfect band
Sabbath is the gateway drug
