Yes, I’ve been going to ALL the conditioning workouts for basketball players and there’s now 16 of us left, there use to be 30 of us. It’s pretty hard to do, you do active stretching, run 4 laps, do a strength workout, basketball dribbling and shooting drills, and something fun after. The conditioning workouts have helped me A LOT, I’m now 127 pounds and I’ve been working on my game and I’m able to take contact while finishing and shoot better. I feel about 80%-85% prepared but I still got a lot to work on. I’ll let you guys know when I make it.

The shuttle drill has helped me a tun due to the fact I play left tackle and I have to do alot of pull plays and it helps with speed ut of instead of starting in a standing stance I get into a 3 point stance to start just a tip to my fellow linemen

It would be ideal to go to a sporting goods store that sells shoes and have a trained professional examine your feet, evaluate your gait, and help you determine which shoes are best depending on the health of your feet/ankles and sport. If you are a runner you typically want a lighter, flexible shoe that provides support and proper stability without being cumbersome. There are certain brands that are better for runners, but personal preference may be most important. Sports that require a lot of ankle stability like basketball and football should have more ankle support for quick movements and pivots. Field sports like soccer, baseball, and football require more traction. Over the last 20 years the most popular brands for sports shoes have been Nike, Adidas, and Puma. According to the 2021 Buying Guide these are the top "general sports shoes": Nike Metcon 5, Reebok Yourflex 10, New Balance MX40V1, Nike Legend, No Bull, and Under Armour Ultimate Speed. Keep your rests around 60 seconds. If you need a bit more time then take it. Ultimately give yourself enough time to catch your breath, grab a drink of water & be ready to power through your next set. Rest time only becomes a drawback when it becomes abused & you find yourself on your phone or becoming very distracted by other things & you are no longer prioritizing your workout.
