If I were you I would do my 'Beyond The Rim 2' program. Since you've been working with bands and dumbbells that's the next best option. And BTR2 does not include upper body but I have an 'Upper Body Athlete 2' program that works alongside Beyond The Rim 2. My free program however (Beyond The Rim 1) does include upper body but it's a body weight/bands/dumbbells program.

I'm not ready for him to do loaded back squats, but need some suggestions on other exercises that will add a lot of strength to the quads. I'm his dad and training him.
Goblet Squats (holding the dumbbell in front) are a safer and more user friendly. Lunges (body weight or dumbbells in hands), and Step Ups will all be great. Remember it's not ALL about quads though. Gotta hit the post chain as well. Single Leg RDL's, Hamstring Curls, Calf Raises, etc. Hope this helps!
Bro is sprinting on the spot effective? I’m trying to find a safe place to do sprints in my area, but what I sometimes do is do a few stationary sprints in my plyo workouts.
Hey I just tested for a 36 inch vertical jump off my right leg. But when I have the ball in my hand I seem to jump lower by maybe 3-4 inches. I carry the ball under my left hand and go up but I jump lower. Any reason why and maybe a way to use my max vert while dunking?

Bro the giant set is 4 sets so 4 times, it’s gonna be with ur very last 4 sets of either squats or deadlifts depending on what compound movement you have for that day
I wouldn’t do them back to back. This one is tough. I’d do them on separate days or one in the morning and one in the evening. But if you really want to do them together, this one first and then weights.

It's normally 3-4 times through the Giant Set. So 4 exercises, back to back to back to back. Then rest 3-5 minutes. Then repeat that Giant Set again.
