- Days after Kiev carried out an attack on Crimea using U.S.-supplied ATACMS long-range missiles with cluster munitions that killed four people and injured over 150, Moscow is not backing down from calling out Washington for being just as responsible for the casualties as Kiev.
Former CIA Analyst Larry Johnson noted that the U.S. didn't just supply the weapons, it also supplied the intelligence and helped Kiev pick the targets, and as a result, Russia has a variety of ways it can retaliate that go beyond the battlefield in Ukraine...

1. going to a beach with kids in a warzone
is about as utterly stupid
as it is possible to be!
2. I very much doubt either Ukraine or the US
would deliberately target a beach.
Missiles are expensive -
untrained civilians have no military value,
and people complain.
3. Had Russia intercepted the missile,
causing it to explode over the beach,
that is not only a feasable explanation,
but is also one of the hazards of war.

It's not only the attack, but the day on which it occurred. It would be the equivalent of Russia attacking civilians on a U.S. beach on July 4th.
Sorry Mr. Johnson, but the US did achieve something in Iraq. It turned it to a mess just like it did in Libya, Syria, Afganistan and now Ukraine.

Larry is speaking nothing but stone cold reality FACTS. We need more ppl like Larry speaking FACTS good or bad.
There are US "operators" on the ground in Ukraine setting the flight paths for the US-manufactured ATACMS missiles using data provided by US satellites. Ukrainian US-trained personnel is used to drive the launchers to their launching position and press the red button if that much. US Air Force personnel transports the missiles all the way from their storage facilities in various US bases to Poland and then determine their deployment inside Ukraine.
The Russians are perfectly aware that this is a US war against Russia using Ukraine as a proxy and battleground.
On my opinion it’s just US I don’t think Ukraine soldiers are trained to use those launchers
The command to strike could've came from Ukrainian brass. It's still unclear if the USA soldiers on the ground knew where they were firing at, or they just punched in the given coordinates
Doesn't really justify or diminish their blame but I like to think they're not THAT mental to do it, because it makes no sense, it gains no strategic objectives and it certainly makes the Russians escalate to retaliate

it's called drafting, sending men to war. This partial mobilization also happened in Russia in september 2022 and it was a common practice even in US until after Vietnam war. But it might change in case those states are invaded.
Men that are no otherwise useful can be sent to defend the country against invaders ... or invade themselves.

One can evade by hiding in the basement, running on the back porch or staying at a different address. But your name is in the system as you did not respond to the drafting. Then they stop you on the street. Go to the army office.
I cannot confirm nor deny the amount of training new recruits receive. Yet, stay informed that in many states there was mandatory conscription (a year or something that young men had to spent in military training).

The 500k casualties might be close to the truth. 100-150k dead, 250-300k wounded of which some can return to the war is exactly your number.
Also Russia lost 3000 tanks, 10k other armored vehicles, 100+ airplanes, 100+ helicopters.

Scott Ritter said on Judge N that there was a Russian airbase in the area, so it is likely that the missile strike was not targeting the beach, or civilians. Still, the Ukranian response, which said all people in occupied Ukranian territory is fair game.
