What an awesome video. I saw the picture of your son on your back in the beginning of the video. I wondered how you were doing with his passing and I knew you were hiking to help with the healing process. Little did I know you had a picture of Gregory with you which I thought was a powerful gesture. When you met the thru hiker and had a conversation with him about your son that he told you his name was Greg really brought home the feeling that your son was with you on this hike. His spirit lives on in you. Always speak of him so he will never leave your thoughts. Prayers for you and your son.

Gregory touched so many people in his short life. He will always be with me in my heart and my memory.

Well I read my sisters comments and that’s exactly what I was thinking so just repeat what she said. So good to see you back out enjoying the trail and taking Greg with you 😊

Maybe next time you are around we can schedule some hikes. I’m slowly chipping away at the AT in Pennsylvania.

This was such a touching video; I teared up at times. So special to see how you are taking your son on the trail with you. God sent that man your way for sure! On another note, I can’t believe that you found Try Try’s rock. You are quite the sleuth! Mark and I pulled into Duncannon on our last hike. We’re getting closer to you. Hope that we can meet up sometime. 🥾🤗😍

Ooof, that rock hurt! I now know not to challenge unless I really mean it! 😂 I love that you brought a photo of Greg with you… I love you so much!

I wouldn’t have found the spot without the picture you sent.
      Sorry the rock hurt 🤕

So nice to see you out on the trail again! The footage with Greg was heart warming. What a nice moment for you. There are such nice people on the trail. I remember Try Try also (and the sad moment that she hit her head). Loved her vlogs, especially her morning coffees. You attract such good folks!

Scrambles, so sorry for your loss. I hope you find the trail healing. The birds are turkey vultures. Take care.

I guessed hawks because I wasn’t far from Hawk Mountain Road and the Hawk Mountain Sanctuary.
Hiking definitely brings me peace and comfort. Thank you.
