His hometown was occupied by invaders, using machines they produce against citizens themselves, so he and his other factory buddies became a resistance group to fight for their city, because there are nobody left who could save them other than they themselves.
I've been addicted to Dormant Craving. Really like the 80s synthwave vibes of it. Arknights EP is just a character song/ost they released for every single 6* characters, some 4/5* as well, a group of character song and/or seasonal songs. They dont get played in the actual game mostly. So yeah, every single update of the game (story and event) we'll get some new songs (not counting the story/event in game bgm). Literally a music company (no, no joke, Monster Siren Records is their label record name, so yes indeed they are also a music company).
Huh, since you are reacting 3 songs per vid i would like to suggest 3 related songs. 1st is Under Tides boss batle theme, 2nd is I Believe in us and 3rd one is called "Song of the Fools" or as us AK community calls "The Golden Age will return Again". The 3 songs relate the same characters and are incredibly epic. And the best thing about those 3 songs is that there is a lot of history and feeling behind them and even if you don't play the game you can understand it a little bit through the melody that is mostly tragic but at the same time epic, highly recommended. The statement "Screw the game, just listen to the music" is actually something the Arknights community says all the time. It's because even if one doesn't like tower defense gameplay they can atleast take a listen to the music because as the community says "Music Company", then if people want to learn about the world without getting into the game, there is the anime which was fairly well recived (7.5/10 is average imo but the anime could be better if they make it longer and add more scenes from the game). So dont worry, you wont get attacked by AK community for saying enjoy the music instead lol. My favourite out of these 3 is Dormant Cravings because I like vibey music.
As many here have already said, these EPs are not actually in game. But for my favourite actual in game Ost, that would be, one "Double Dragons" (双龙) , "Afterglow" (m_bat_white_trans + m_bat_white_02) and "Cinders and Ashes" (m_bat_act22side_01) . The name in brackets is the game-file name, in case the actual OST name is hard to find.
My top three recommendations for the next video are 1. Keep the Torch 2. Spark for Dream 3. Across the Wind Honorable mention would have to go to Undertopia As for my favorite from this video, has to be Dormant Craving, absolutely beautiful to the ears.

Dormant Craving has always been one of my faves since its release. some of Arknights' character EPs are actually pop-ish, but they more often than not are amazing and imo puts mainstream pop to shame. i went to look up the lyrics for the song as i was watching your video and just fell more in love with the song. i love how the vocals are sung in a way that's difficult to comprehend by itself, which also makes some phrases sound like something else but doesn't feel out of place in regards to the rest of the lyrics or the character the song is for. but the actual lyrics are really deep with how much it tells about the character's passion, values, and wishes (though i don't know how accurate it is with her character in the game, i've never really looked into it). one thing i know for sure though, i know the character the song is about is lonely, and the vibe of the song really conveys that impeccably. it's also astonishingly and eerily relevant to a certain other game i was once passionate about and the drama surrounding it at the time of writing this comment. Stainless Heart is about a character from a rebel group. the song's whole movement where it gets progressively more and more expressive, more gutsy, more fearless, especially with how the melodical electric guitar (idk what it's called) starting from lowkey to being in the forefront at the end of the song is just perfect with the story surrounding the character and the story he was prominent in.
