Edit: her sword not in her shield, she carries it on her back. So she has 3 weapons to wield
The guy in the first song is Ebenholz and he is not a dragon, he is a Caprinae wich is basically goat, lambs, rams and all that and the girl on the last song is Gavial specific Gavial The Invincible the alter version of her and she is not a dragon she is an Arcosauria wich is crocodiles and aligators and such

Fun fact she wields 3 weapons the chainsaw axe, a small staff, and a normal chainsaw. Each used as a different skill in game. Staff skill 1 (cause she heals herself), skill 2 the axe, skill 3 normal chainsaw.

Ständchen is the EP of Ebenholz, and fun fact there is a lore implification as to why there's rock in the middle of a classical music it is because, according to him, the Voice of Mundane hates the wild and loud nature of rock, to which Ebenholz holds the same sentiment but still does so to make it suffer.
I recommend checking out Silver Lining, Missy, and Mortal Eye. All three different in genre, as usual for AK music. None of them have rock though.
Victoria is a country in the world of Arknights. It's inspired from real-world British Empire. And that's a shield, sword, and Artillery all in one.
Fun fact, nice amount of songs and musicians that did music for RWBY also make music for Arknights! All hail Saviour, that singer, she did sing RWBY songs, check the credits. Another one is "Come to Light", which was composed by the same guy that did RWBY. Also if you noticed, the story elements of Arknights feel like one certain part of RWBY, ey?

Bit of a correction: Technically all the characters are humans in the game, just different races of humans. The Doctor (you, the player) don't have a canonical race, but it's theorized that you are an Ancient, which are humans without any animal features.
All Hail Savior sounds like RWBY because it's Adrienne Cowan doing the singing, and, at the risk of pointing out the obvious, she did sing a couple of RWBY songs.
Both of RWBY's song vocalists have done songs for Arknights. Casey Lee Williams did a song for them called Come to Light.
Me hearing "i’m an angel with a shotgun" and starting to chuckly like an idiot because pretty much every "angel" in arknights has at least a gun and Executor flat out dual carries shotguns. 😂
