If you went to a place in Kemang, doubt it would be as authentic in comparison as no doubt it would cater to a more western market. OH and you must get some Sate Padang in if you can!!! Ok..my mouth is salivating now thinking about all the epic Minang food. Guess I'm due to go back to the village again soon. I guess the previous rendang that he tried was actually kalio which is more juicy and tender. Thats why he surprised when the rendang he tried in this video kinda dry.

I know you all rich kids, but for god sake, eat it with rice. Every single bite. Third, mixed it with sambal! Don't just eat rice and chicken, you must add sambal in every dishes.
