I think it's a solid setup! Alot of research went into it before deciding.
Does this work well on full frame camera?

It works just as good. In fact, you can say better since a full frame camera benefits from the zoom without the crop facto.

That sounds about right. The average price for it for the past 6 months is about 850 Canadian. I'd say good deal.
