May Tether was the best Veronica I have ever seen, she hit every note, never missed a beat, and had amazing facial expressions that made her the complete package.
I saw May live when I saw Heathers last month. Fun fact, my friend and I actually bumped into May and Merryl at the Theatre Cafe before the show, and they both complimented our cosplays. When we told her we were coming to see the show and were in the front row, she promised to look out for us, and made eye contact with us several times during the show. She also came out to talk to us after the show. She's so sweet and down to earth, and she's an amazing performer. She also signed my Heathers tote bag, which was awesome!
@@albywelch9361 Ah, I didn’t actually see May as Veronica. This was back in April. May was in her normal role of Drama Club Drama Queen, but she was still absolutely fantastic
May was INCREDIBLE! We saw her in Manchester and she blew us away, it's not just her voice, her while characterisation of Veronica is amazing and she just adds this humour to it that is perfection. I hope she gets the role soon because she deserves it and can 100% carry it as a phenomenal leading lady!
@@MisterMagikarp trust me, i understand that, but that isn’t shouting trust me, i’ve done a show myself at school there was someone who rlly shoted quite bad trust me i know the difference, im not dumb and that’s exactly how Carrie Hope Fletcher sang it 🤦🏻
@@TheIndigoSystem yes, but there is still a difference between shouting and belting because shouting is when youre singing way too loud over the instrumentation, belting is when your vocals math with the croscendo of the instumentation and youre not going away from it, so therefore there is still a difference and you say that belting is shouting on a pitch and i cant disagree because youre right, but belting still sounds good unlike shouting, May sang this song quite similar to Carrie Hope Fletcher, and if you listen to the cast recordings, you'll find that they don't shout as much because there isn't an audience of 500 plus that needs to hear the song
