Very few people on these recordings actually sound as good as a studio recording and that's normal because it's live stage but she somehow manages it. I'm so happy I saw the Heathers when she was in it, top tier performance.
I saw her in September, absolute favourite Veronica more of a chest singer which I prefer and the narrative feel of the way she performs to the audience then also snaps back into reality
I saw them in Newcastle and then again opening night in Edinburgh, the whole show has definitely got tighter. They're a talented bunch. Have to say Simon Gordon has a beautiful voice
I saw Rebecca as Veronica a few months ago in Belfast; my God she was incredible! Veronica is a dream role of mine and if I ever get to play her I would definetly use Rebecca's interpretationa reference to draw inspiration from while adding my own spin...But I digress the UK tour of Heathers was the second best thing I've ever seen!

I agree she kind of softy whipers on the softer bits and it doesn't suit the song, I liked the harshness in Carrie's voice when she sang this. Still increadible though
Saw this in Brighton (I wonder if that’s where this was recorded because it’s exactly how I remember it). Absolutely adored the vocals. Unfortunately not a fan of this song due to, y’know, three people already being dead and ‘i say no’ doesn’t proactively impact the plot or add anything new (ie if you take it out of the musical nothing changes) but I understand that by itself it is a wonderful track to listen to. Just not for me x *Edited my autocorrect making ‘I say no’ to ‘saying no’ haha x

carries doesn't go into head voice it's just a mix belt that has less chest than most people that do this song
