Manila-based contractor here. Just wanted to say how SATISFYING it is to witness sites maximized to the fullest potential. What a beautiful site. Can't wait for the updates!
the most expensive part is the foundation work on a slope,we use two main methods here in New Zealand both excavating a L shape to create a level platform or by driving piles 2m deep( depending on the geotech report)The later is the most cost effective option as excavation work is expensive. Drainage of course is critical to avoid tunnel gully erosion or slips. The views and the microclimates on slopes make it worth it.
Thinking about buying the land on slope with lake view . 3 builders all told me it will cost me 350-400k USD just for excavation, rebar . Retaining walls lol. Crazy.
We just bought a residential lot on a sloping land area last week. My fiancé & I have been watching all your videos, and this one is so timely! Will wait for updates! 😍
Hello po. We’re planning to buy a slope land/lot type as well. Do u think po worth it? Or any idea as to how much ang bayad sa engineer sa oagpatest ng soil? Thanks in advance sa sagot.
As a person who lives in Baguio City. I can say that our land is safe. My father spent around 2 million Php just for the retaining wall nga lang. :'( It is quite expensive than building one in the kapatagan. Though, as you said, we enjoy the scenery of the mountains, specially if my pa-fireworks ang city hall. 🥰

The mountains of Cebu City actually have been host to many residential estates for decades already and they are lush and heavily forested. This young residential estate would soon become lush and heavily forested too as the years go by when the trees they planted today will mature.

Nice development and view especially with the new bridge! I'm curious how the sewage system of the development was designed and if the water will be coming from deep well haha!
Too hard to find a deep well in a hillside since rainwater would just run down in a slope, it’s a feature you would find mostly in the flat area. If there’s any, it would be too rare and not sustainable, since too much consumption of water in a deep well can cause huge problems to the composition of the grounds below.
