I bought my first loom set yesterday. Being a lefty is turning into an ordeal for sure! Your videos are good enough for me to understand even though I’m a lefty. Thank you for making videos for us!
I really enjoy your loom knitting videos. You have a sparkly personality and a clear way of sharing instructions with us. I normally prefer text instructions, but with loom knitting, those are hard for me to follow as a novice. Your videos are terrific! Thank you!
+Naomi Jacobs Thank you SO much Naomi!! YAY!!!! I am so excited that you are going to make some. :) They really are a BUNCH of fun to make. Let me know how much you like using them. They are my FAVORITE. haha Huge hugs to you. OXOX
Hi I have been watching all kinds of items you make but you need to give it a try on making a dish scrubby it is really fun and I would love to see that video. Thank you for sharing your ideas with all of us.
+rubymimosa That is AWESOME rubymimosa!! You will love making them. I find them kind of addictive to make. hahaha The good thing is that you can never have too many dishcloths. :) Thank you. OXOX
+A Blackwell Thank you SO much!! It means a bunch to me that you enjoy the videos. :) I will have to come up with some more tips to put into the mix too. I always liked the tip videos also.
+beccalou72 Thank you very much becclou for sharing a picture of your beautiful hat and your gorgeous daughter model. :) I feel truly honored. Much love to both of you. OXOX
This is a good project for me. I have only knitted one thing on my loom and I want to go back to it. I have tried to crochet and have taught myself to knit with needles. I'm trying figure out what is more comfortable doing and what I want to devote my time in learning. I think I'm going to go back with the loom. It does seem easier on the hands.
YAYYY she's back!! With a vengeance!! Lol well, with a groovy dishcloth!! :D Hehe so glad you're back, and I love it! We have a mental connection, I swear - I finally got myself a little square loom and have been having fun making little bags and potholders! :p
+leatherandjade Really??? You finally got a loom?? WooHoo!! That is AWESOMENESS!! I swear we do too. hehe Thanks for stopping by. HUGE hugs to you too dear friend. OXOX
+Stephanie Sparkenbaugh Thank you Stephanie. I am so happy you like my ideas. I actually just finished restringing my wind chimes and hanging them back up. Because the wind was so strong on that day I had to take a few of them down. HAHA They always make a lot of noise up here on the hill. I love to hear them though. :) The trees are Bradford Pear. They are always so pretty in the spring.
I love your dishcloths iam making each family member one for Christmas but I would like to make them a matching dry towel do you another video for that one ?
Hi Tammy. I do not have a video on how to make a matching dry towel but I am sure it would work great if you used a round loom of a larger size or a larger size long loom. My daughter makes her dishcloths on a round loom and it works great. :) I love your idea to make a matching set. Your family will love them. Thanks a bunch for giving this project a try. Merry Christmas to you and your family. OXOX
WooHoo! That is GREAT! Be prepared to make lots more because everyone that I have made these for always asks me to make them more. HAHAHA You can make them longer too if you like your dishcloths bigger. Thank you for letting me know you enjoy making them. You are awesome. :)
Sure you can use different yarn but I think the cotton yarn works best for dish cloths. I have made them with regular yarn though and they work too. :) I hope you enjoy making them. Thanks for watching. OXOX
I have not done a crochet dishcloth video but I have crocheted lots of them. I love homemade dishcloths. They are fairly easy to make by crocheting or by making them on the loom. They are fun to make too. :) Thanks a bunch for watching. Have a wonderful Christmas, Sue. OXOX
I’d make them longer than your clothes, however excellent tuition and can be modified to ones own taste as length size. It would work for facecloths too. Lately I’ve loose crochet with pure cotton string which makes dishcloth just like my mother had. 😉
You can just use any peg. I take the loop off of the end peg anyway. It just gives me a starting point and kind of keeps the end string out of the way a little until I can work it into the dishcloth. Thanks so much for giving this project a try. OXOX
Sure. My daughter makes hers on a round loom all the time. I can't remember what size she said she uses but I am pretty sure your 31 peg loom will work great. :) Thanks for giving this project a try. OXOX
+Jane Clermont Hi Jane. Yes, I LOVE my loom knitting. haha I have not worked with my knitting needles as much but I do have to agree... they are fun too!! I actually bought a knitting book to learn more but have not had time to dive into it yet. Maybe one day I will have the courage to do a knitting video. haha I have made a few scarves. I absolutely love hearing the needles click together while knitting. There is something so relaxing about that. My cats must find it very relaxing also because they tend to adore sitting next to me or on my lap whenever I am knitting. :) Gotta love it. Thanks so much for the suggestion. I am going to put it on my list of things to do so that I can give you a shout out when I do make a knitting video. Much love and huge hugs. OXOX
Hi, I have been enjoying making these dishcloths. I have made three. See on my Ravelry site:www.ravelry.com/projects/Darravels/wash-clothes the second picture is more the proper colors. Must have not been good lighting the day I took the picture of my first two. Thanks for showing us how. I just wonder is there a pattern to link my Ravelry site with? Thanks again for a fun video and easy instruction! :-)
+Darlene Milner WooHoo!! I am so excited to hear that you enjoy making the dishcloths. I am hooked on making them and everyone on my Christmas list is going to get one this year. HAHA I do not know how to write patterns but you can link to the how to video if you would like. Thank you SO much for making this project and for taking the time to post. Much love and many blessings. OXOX
Can you make a tutorial video (process from beginning to end) on this instead of a demo? Thanks. (Of course, that would make the video about 25 minutes instead of 8.)

Thank you have a great day
When you measure do you cut it before you make a slip knot
How many pegs on the loom your using
Can you use the number 4 yarn to make my dish clothes.
Sure you can use different yarn but I think the cotton yarn works best for dish cloths. I have made them with regular yarn though and they work too. :) I hope you enjoy making them. Thanks for watching. OXOX
Do you crotchet videos on how to make dish clothes
I have not done a crochet dishcloth video but I have crocheted lots of them. I love homemade dishcloths. They are fairly easy to make by crocheting or by making them on the loom. They are fun to make too. :) Thanks a bunch for watching. Have a wonderful Christmas, Sue. OXOX
Thank u show me how use Dishcolth.
I’d make them longer than your clothes, however excellent tuition and can be modified to ones own taste as length size. It would work for facecloths too. Lately I’ve loose crochet with pure cotton string which makes dishcloth just like my mother had. 😉
How do you cut the yarn and still have slip knot
yah you're back! tfs
+Sam Jones Thank you Sam. :) OXOX
Good Idea ☺😊

+Crazy Narwhal Thank you so much. It makes me so happy to have your support. It means a lot. OXOX
EasyMeWorld no prob. ☺😊
UGH!! Mine never turns out like that. One side is tight. What am I doing wrong?
I am unsure about closing the dishcloth. I followed your instructions but didn't get it right. Do you have another video or can you explain better?
How do you measure the string to tie it together
What do I do if I have a straight loom but my starter peg isn't at the end ?
You can just use any peg. I take the loop off of the end peg anyway. It just gives me a starting point and kind of keeps the end string out of the way a little until I can work it into the dishcloth. Thanks so much for giving this project a try. OXOX
can you make this double dish rag on a round loom? i have a 31 peg loom
Sure. My daughter makes hers on a round loom all the time. I can't remember what size she said she uses but I am pretty sure your 31 peg loom will work great. :) Thanks for giving this project a try. OXOX

I don't do it that way but I mite have to try it thanks
Please try to come up with a easy was to make sunflower coasters
I must be missing something. Are you going all the way around the loom?
+Susan Harris Hi Susan. Yes, I go all the way around the loom. That is what gives it two layers. :) Thanks for watching.
I'm making some adjustment using two types of yarn. Thank you for posting this!
my knots seem to get to tight how do i avoid this.
or u can use salt and Pepa sugar and cream or the scrubby yarn
+c&m Great idea. Thank you very much for the tip. :)
😊
You should make a scarf on a long loom
Can you make something with knitting needles I know you love doing it on your knitting looms and I love it to this is a challenge 😃
