You should look into the Amish canner for water bath canning. It's huge . And yes it's not pressure canning but it's been done for years and years

Channel go to canning potatoe video and she shows the outdoor canner. But she water baths everything.
But there are some other ones if you Google Amish canners that fit on stove top.
But some of them you can water bath can 50 plus quarts at a time.
She has done a lot of research and spent a lot of time learning so she has many videos on her process.
I want the outdoor one. I have a small house and it gets so hot if I can inside in the summer. Last year I froze what I wanted to can and canned in the winter.
So when I get my Amish canner I can just do it all outside in the shade and keep my house cool.

I just saw a report that stated that the government can come into our homes and take our food that we have put up for emergencies. Have you heard of this. I'm getting anxious about this. We worked hard to buy ahead and put up meat, veggies and so forth. Please let me know what you guys know. Love both of your channels.
