It really humbles a person when you see how much so many have lost. Some lost family members, some lost their home, some lost their family farm, some lost their livelihood, and some lost their precious pets. We lost NOTHING compared to them. We heeded the warnings several years ago and began prepping and purchasing what we needed in case something like this happened, so we survived. No, actually, we thrived. You are such a wholesome family with your kids well-behaved (although the little guy could happily get into some mischief if you let him); they are happily entertained with good fun & games; and are healthy thanks to sensible nourishment. But what a trip fraught with some headaches for the parents; hopefully, you will be able to recoup some of your hard-earned money. Nice video; and despite "herding kids" all day, Misty's still glows.
It was a great trip in spite of the huge problems! Just glad you got there and back safely. I went with 3 of my friends to a Miss State bowl game two years ago. We went to Sea World one day and had a blast. We were 4 grandmas sitting up front of the show and getting splashed and soaking wet. I'm sure we were a sideshow for all! 😂 Thanks for taking us along on your trip❤

As much work as you will have @ home, it is always such a blessing to be home and sleeping in your own beds with the usual routines happening. Glad you found another spot to stay, but I really hope you get everything back from VRBO, especially when they had "hidden clauses" and you had to pay extra for things you should NOT have had to do so.
