He's actually quite good. He doesn't just pronoune the English transliteration and try to make it sound Russian, but he also makes right emphasises on the right words so that sentences sound like they should. it is obvious that he knows the definition of every word, not just the whole sentence. And his prononciation is really surprising, especially when compared with other famous actors and actresses of non-Russian origins trying the ass off but eventually failing in speaking Russian. Great job.

Craig is also limited by the fact he doesn’t know how to pronounce the words, or what they mean, just how to speak the phonetics within them. There are plenty of Russians who would comprehend what he was saying well enough, and plenty who would not, just as there are plenty Englishmen who can understand what Geordies are trying to say and plenty more who do not.
