I wish i understood German!!!! Can I ask you how you made the CDG with the translation? I make karaoke CDGs of Russian songs and I want to include an English translation. I have tried doing it in duet mode (using Karaoke Pro from Power Karaoke) and for some reason the lyrics always have issues syncing up! I even went in and moved the little boxes of text around to make sure they were at the exact time in the song and they still won't sync up. Would be so appreciative of any answer you can give me!

Thank you for asking. This is actually a topic I will make a "how to" video about, here on this channel in the near future. But I will gladly try to give you a summarization:
I actually don't even know what "CDG" stands for. So I guess it is something I don't use at all. The visual content of any of my karaoke videos is basically a presentation made with a standard presentation app. Since I'm working with a Mac, I use Keynote. But PowerPoint would do as well. Depending on the volume of the lyrics, those presentations consist of about 250 to 400 sheets - one sheet for each syllable of the lyrics. Each presentation sheet differs from the one before only in one point: the color of the syllable it is supposed to be synchronised with (in the original language, as well as in the translation. It is all just text windows on presentation sheets. No special karaoke software used.) To make a new sheet, I copy the last one and just change the color of the syllables in the right places. With 300 sheets, this can take a few hours, but I'm getting quicker by routine.
The synchronisation is done by hand. First, I record a cover version, where I sing to the karaoke track . Then I put it in Garageband, so I can make it start with some delay. This is important, because sometimes the vocals set in right at the beginning, so I wouldn't have enough time to start the presentation (which is also recorded). I click along sheet after sheet synchronously to my singing. If the song is in a high tempo, this can be very challenging. Then I export the recorded presentation as a movie and import it in iMovie (but any other movie app would do as well, I guess) together with the cover version. Since the presentation video and the cover version are different files, I have to mark, where the lyrics start changing color in the video, then mark, where the vocals set in in the audio, and then shift the audio so that the two markings are in the same place. As the last step, I simply have to exchange the cover version audio for the karaoke track. Since those two tracks have the same length, this is no problem as long as I put the karaoke track in the same position, where the cover version track was. Finally, I export the finished karaoke video in HD quality and upload it here on RUclips.
I am very sorry, if I wasn't able to explain everything clearly enough. I'm not very used to actively using English for those kind of matters. I promise you that my "how to" video about this topic will be much better.
