    The chef decided for today to make a lemon pork dish with pilaf and a thick, delicious sauce. We really enjoyed it!

    RECIPES:
    Ingredients
    1 onion
    2 carrots
    Olive oil
    1 kg of pork
    300 ml of white wine
    250 g of mushrooms
    Pepper
    Bukovo
    Juice of 1 orange
    1/2 tbsp vegetable powder
    Water
    Juice of 1 or 2 lemons
    2 spoons of corn flour
    Method
    We start by chopping the onion and carrots into slices. Then, in hot olive oil, we fry the meat, which we have previously cut into pieces.
    After the pork has taken on color, extinguish it with the wine and leave for 5 minutes.
    Then, add the chopped onion, carrots, sliced ​​mushrooms, pepper, bokovo, orange juice, vegetable powder, enough water and boil for about 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
    When it is ready, add the lemon juice and salt if needed.
    NOTE: If we want our sauce to be thicker, then all we have to do is dissolve 2 spoons of corn flour in a little cold water. Pour the mixture into the sauce and boil it until it thickens.
    Finally, serve with pilaf.
    Our lemon pork is ready! It is a very good idea for a festive dish.
