The casing found on the floor was on top of the blood, also indicating the gunshot was last. The testimony was that there was no blood or bruising around this wound because the blood had already drained from his body. There were 9 stab wounds in his back, which could explain how she was able to overpower him.

The one good thing here is that she showed the jury that she wasn't some weak and fragile flower who shies away from confrontation. She is clearly a very assertive person. As annoying as this exchange is to watch, it showed her true character to the jury and that's what mattered.

It is extremely hard and annoying to watch her trying every way she can to avoid answering the questions even if they are very easy to understand , she is playing dumb to confuse, smear, put a fog in the court ,cause she can't be straight with the prosecutor ,,,she is a pathological liar and a true bad person
And even when it's questions she's already answered or questions we already know , because her narcissism just CANT help but disagree with JM or try to play him, thinking she's winning with some dumb word games and this isn't a fucking MURDER TRIAL.
Also because she's too busy trying to stay O3 steps ahead by trying to figure out WHERE the line of questioning is going. She thinks she's playing chess when she can't can't play checkers with a row of kings. She's not as smart as she truly likes to believe she is.

What she is doing is CLASSIC tactics of a manipulator. Obsessing on semantics the way she does is NOT consistent with a trauma victim or an abused person.
This is what manipulators do to get you to forget about your original point. It's TEXTBOOK manipulation! Any juror who is ignorant of this will not be able to see through it. JM knows what she is trying to do, that's why he relishes her in it and surprises her when he brings her back and makes her answer the original question.

How is she allowed to be so damn evasive on every question she is asked. She is making a mockery of the justice system. I can't believe the judge hasn't admonished her. This is so ridiculous. I want to jump through this screen and shake her. Imagine how the jury feels having to sit through this.
The judge does nothing other than saying" listen carefully to the question and only answer the question", she needs to be a little more assertive
