A possible solution to invisibility induced blindness could be if their eyes could perceive a different part of the light spectrum (Ultraviolet, infrared, x ray, etc). Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't that mean that visible light would pass through them while they could still see.
Or that the eyes still absorb light coming from the front... Though I think that would give the minor weakness of, you'd be able to see some form of distortion where the eyes are when looking at the person from the back
The reason his bio-electric shot is called the "Venom blast" is because it is a power copied over from JessicaDrew's Spider-Woman. And she called it her "Venom Blast." In fact, it was her very unique and signature move until they gave it to Miles 30 years later. Also, loosely related, Black Widow's wrist-mounted dart guns are sometimes called her "Spider Bites."

7:46 Well, that didn't age well. Context: Now the spider sense of Peter from 616 is the strongest in the multiverse, among all spiderman's. Even if it is so dangerous, he can share it with other spider-men. So, Finally they add something good to the original Peter, it already seemed that Marvel wanted to retire him and replace him with other spider-man, with all the powers they give to Miles, Silk and the others.
My hero academia does a really good take on the negative effects of powers, mirio togata for example has the power of permiation, as a result of using his powers he inevitably falls into a world of darkness where everything from his clothes he is wearing, the ground underneith him and even the light entering his eyes all pass through him. An interesting take when you think about just how dangerous it could be to accidentally fall into the center of the earth and be crushed at any point
it also means he cant breathe, touch, smell, or hear when using his powers meaning that he has to be able to do complex physics calculations on the fly to know exactly where he is at any given time, and has to keep track of how much time has passed since he activated his power, has to make work arounds such as making clothes out of his hair, and not permeating all of his body at once. all just because his power happened to have some downsides that many people wouldnt even think about.

The one-punch knockout. I distinctly remember “Spider-Man 2” on the Gamecube where Mysterio has THREE health bars in his boss fight, and you knock him out in one punch, draining all three and getting to see the punch from different angles. Very satisfying as well as accurate for Spidey 😂

One lil tid bit, I hate to be this guy 🤓, but the Secret Empire was actually a cannon story. Miles Morles is now in the current 616 main univers line of stories, BUT that time he broke "Caps" shield wasn't exactly how you described it. To make a convoluted, but very well written and enjoyable, story short The shield he broke wasn't the original shield and it wasn't the real captain America. Red Skull changed his history and mad him a sleeper Hydra Agent, before the changing of his history Sam Wilson had the original shield and during this story he was locked away from the fight. So Miles broke a different less durable shield of a fake Captain America, also known as Steveil=Steve+Evil lol
I took a first aid certification class where the instructor was asked what the worst thing he'd ever been called out to was. He said there were far more gory ones, but the one that still gives him the willies and changed his personal habits was when he was called out to a guy's house who had gotten up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, sat on the toilet in the dark, and had his **** bitten by a brown recluse that was under the seat. He says he ALWAYS lifts the toilet seat lid, especially in the middle of the night, after that one.

About Miles shattering Cap's shield. This event was in the main 616 universe. The shield in question was not the traditional vibranium alloy shield, that shield was being wielded by Sam Wilson at the time, and was instead a different shield that had been created as a replacement.
if you had the power of actual invisibility, not only would you be blind, but you'd also freeze because you wouldn't be able to absorb heat either because light would pass right through you
Just want to say something about the invisibility thing that not many people think about. You don’t have to be “invisible” per se, but make yourself higher/lower on the visibility scale so that you can be completely invisible and still be able to see. Hell you could say the miles can affect the light spectrum on him and his clothes and that’s how he goes invisible.
At 12:30 in marvel ruins Susan storm actually turns invisible but she can't see and she stumbles blind and invisible thus wondering around to never be rescued
The idea of invisibility creates blindness is beautifully adressed in My Hero Academia. A character Called Mirio Togata mentions that he can become "intangible", where all matter pass through him. If he activates his power in his whole body, he goes down the earth and he could essentially cross the planet. While he is in that state, he cannot breathe, listen or see a thing at all. He mentions that even walking through walls is a cumbersome process. which requires activating and deactivating his power on specific parts of his body. Cool thing, actually
Invisibility without nudity or blindness; producing a reflective forcefield around the body (clothes too) that allows light in, to hit you, but not reflect back off of you.

About people shaking off hits from Spiderman: Spiderman says himself in the comics that he pulls his punches because he knows he could easily punch a tank into oblivion and he doesnt want to turn random criminals into red mist, so its plausible that you could shake off a punch from him depending on how much he's pulling.
In the Spider verse movie, he's bitten by a robotic spider from a different universe. But also made by said other universe's version of Doc Oc's company. Proven to be from a different universe by the fact it kept glitching out in the way that only something from a foreign universe is capable of. Let alone the fact that everything from a foreign universe glitches out that way, even if all of the laws of physics are (seemingly) identical.
The invisibility type power gets explored in My Hero Academia. The character Lemillion can become intangible. However, this means he phases through all matter. Because of this, while phasing, he feels like he is always falling, and he cannot see, hear, or breathe, as air and light passes right through his lungs, eyes, and eardrums.

@@thebariobro7664 I think pages for all entries when listing powers include powers and explanations of powers whether they occur in one universe or another
Basicially I think if it’s pertaining for for instance 616 Deadpool if 616 Deadpool was is 1610 when they demonstrated a power they will include it as a power of 616 Deadpool Because the version that used the power is 616 despite Never using the power in 616 since the rule is he should be able to use that power in his home universe too.
So if ultimate miles is in 616 and uses a new power once he returns to his home universe it is assumed he can use that power which he demonstrated somewhere else.
If soiderverse miles went to ultimate universe and did something that wouldn’t be a power of ultimate. Ike’s it would be a power of spider verse miles
The problem is these wikis are assuming you are aware enough of what comic runs take place in what universe. If you know the comic runs you would see secret empire and know this is ultimate miles while in 616 universe who’s is allied by a captain America who is falcon who is fighting Steve Rodgers who believes hydra was supposed to win world War 2 and the allies changed reality to win the war. So Rodgers thinks he and the entire world are under this reality warping Mandela effect where the nazis had their victory stollen by cosmic fuckery. And why. Damn right he is
Into the Spiderverse is just a movie that takes a whole bunch of on-paper bad ideas and ill conceived plot points and somehow turns it into a genuinely amazing movie. I don't know what kind of sorcery Lord & Miller pulled with Spiderverse and the Lego Movie, but I sure wish I did.
Actually no maybe try reading the actual comic.

I dont want alliteration i want pictures of spiderman.
13:31 in fairness to Peter Parker, there's some minor evidence that he's Jewish.
With the way his spider sense works subconsciously, and the fact everything you ever see/hear/etc is lodged somewhere in your subconscious, it's not to far-fetched that Miles watching fight footage might be enough for his spider sense to subconsciously use that info reflexively
He's also a Kinesthetic and a Mimetic learner too.
Stan Lee mentioned the alliteration was on purpose to help him remember the names.
they explain the clothes thing in the incredibles too.

There is an actual irl martial art style called the "Drunken Monkey" style.
But it requires a level of finesse and poise that the average person is incapable of while completely sober and in their prime.
Making it completely impossible to practice/perform while actually drunk.
Literally just read a comic panel that says miles calls it venom blast because he used it to literally blast venom off eddie brock
Though I think that would give the minor weakness of, you'd be able to see some form of distortion where the eyes are when looking at the person from the back
15:25 Its not only a puerto rican custom, its a latin american thing, greetings from Colombia´
12:28 there's a character from My Hero Academia whose power is to phase through anything. If not used properly, light and sound pass through him rendering him blind and deaf while he uses it. Pretty interesting character, as he managed master his power and do some awesome stuff.
I want there to be a Spider-Nan is one universe. It would probably be Aunt May and she'd have to keep it secret from Peter.
Well, they granted you wish long ago, bucko! Aunt May is Spider ma'am from Earth-3123 :)
@@sarcasticsuperjerk18 yeah, and while it is a bit weird to think about, its better then if his clothes disappeared every time he used his power

Made me very aware of all the spaces around a toilet something small can be hiding in.

Miles Morales, Peter Parker, Bruce Banner, Stephen Strange, Matthew Murdock, J.J. Jameson, Reed Richards, Susan Storm, Rocket Racoon, Jessica Jones, Silver Surfer, Otto Octavious, Doctor Doom
Those are the ones i know and i love every single one of them
The immortality thing extends to all Spider-People it’s not just exclusive to Miles in the ultimate universe and Peter Parker has the strongest spider sense in the comics so that wiki either didn’t mention something’s or the person/people that wrote it didn’t know the correct things.
Cap
About Miles shattering Cap's shield. This event was in the main 616 universe. The shield in question was not the traditional vibranium alloy shield, that shield was being wielded by Sam Wilson at the time, and was instead a different shield that had been created as a replacement.
In Puerto Rico we take both the parents last name so miles would be Miles Davis Morales
if you had the power of actual invisibility, not only would you be blind, but you'd also freeze because you wouldn't be able to absorb heat either because light would pass right through you
So his father wanted him to be named Miles Davis, but the mother was like “Naah, I’m Puerto Rican, it’s not how it works, so deal with it”

Didn't watch the video yet. Just saw Miles Morales and thumbs up.
Just want to say something about the invisibility thing that not many people think about. You don’t have to be “invisible” per se, but make yourself higher/lower on the visibility scale so that you can be completely invisible and still be able to see. Hell you could say the miles can affect the light spectrum on him and his clothes and that’s how he goes invisible.
his full name makes him M.G.M
A jumping spider takes a trip over me during the video, while i imagine how far it would jump if it was the size of a 16yo

I don't check inside the toilet paper roll, but I do check under the toilet seat every time...

Anyone who has ever spotted a big spider in their house is fully aware that they can turn invisible if you take your eyes off them...
If you’re invisible that doesn’t make you transparent you still have a physical body so nothing can go through your body and your shadow would be visible on the ground so if you’re invisible you can still see
I nearly looked behind me when he said like the spider behind you 😂
My hero academia also cover superhero clothing, some costumes are made from the individuals hair which reacts in tandem the the persons quirk.
