He's mostly a regular guy trying to make a living who gets constantly mocked at as a C-list villain, mostly for his stupid looking costume, despite having one of the better win/loss ratios against Spider-Man. Not that he's complaining, it keeps him under the radar from the likes of the Avengers and such.

The "little pincers" make some sense since for real scorpions smaller pincers mean stronger and more deadly poison (since they do not need them to hold their prey still for venom to do its work) and since his main "gimmick" is his tail and what it can do, that would make him the more poisonous kind.

I always believed Mysterio should have been the villain for Ramis part 3, almost immediately after watching Doc Ock in the sequel, I had gone over all the villains I knew of then, and I (still) believe Rami could have done amazing things with Mysterio as the lead. Unfortunately as much as I enjoyed far from home, I still don't care for the iron spider/shield focus Feige is putting a teenager through. Adult Peter Parker sure, the kid version, no thanks, let him figure out his shit on his own.

Man when I was younger playing the Spider-Man games and found out that he was stuck in the suit because of JJt; I never wanted to battle him, but more so just to get him the help he needed. It was always the most painful fight out of them all just because I knew he wasn't truly a evil guy. This just makes my heart hurt knowing how much more he's had to suffered.

Street level Spider-Man villains are one of my absolute favourite parts of the MCU because they provide a lot of depth and context to the rest of the universe. The original The Hood series is a great example of just how powerful heroes and villains are in comparison to regular everyday people.
