- Review of the DJI mic, a wireless microphone for smartphones. This is a quick review in a loud environment outside (kids on trampoline, windy). Quick thoughts while testing the DJI wireless phone microphone:
- No wires at all with this mic. Super quick set-up, plug and play!
- Very good crisp sound, even in a loud environment outside
- DJI mic comes with two connectors: one for iPhones, one for USB-C
- Every set comes with TWO wireless clip-on mics, perfect for interviews
- The DJI box is also a charger!
- GREAT visual and plug-in audio monitoring while recording
- Battery lasts 15 hours (that's what it says, haven't tested it myself)
- Mic performs very well over a longer distance, no interruptions
- You can also plug in your own clip-on mic in the sender
- The mics can also be used as recorders! Simply hold the button to record, and you'll always have a backup for your audio. Or, great to use for a voice-over!
All in all, we are pretty impressed after this quick outdoor test of the DJI wireless mic for smartphones. This is our first try, so we'll do more testing rounds of course. Definitely let us know what you'd like us to test next on this microphone, in the comments!

You really shouldve used the included dead cat. But good video i wanted too hear how it sounds in a busy background.
