I will be doign this as best as I can, i plan to balance the bottom end which has delayed me a bit as im waiting on precision scales and special dremel bits
I have a 08 Mitsubishi Lancer, and I want to upgrade on everything..but now my engine is seized no it suck’s..Where can I take my car for upgrade and how to start a club or join..I lik to drive my lancer..my car is just parked..help..plez..
So what are your plans for the SST with this build, are you going to put in 600Hhp clutches, what else would be required to handle the power, redo the teach in process, also in your vid about the SST teach in, what windows operating system are you using?, I heard that Evoscan software can only run on windows XP. Great content mate, loving it all.
I have no plans to buy a clutch just yet, im hoping to build it and get it running ok then maybe in a few months i will order some clutches when my finances recover lol
It's a stoutly built little 2.0. Run it hard every now and then, drive it like you might be 5 minutes late to work, and maintain the fluids. It will outlast most performance motors in its class.
I just crossed 170k miles on my X .. original motor .. compression tested and it was still 150psi across all four. Motor is coming out now to be built tho

@@rowanlewisuk thanks Rowan, I appreciate your feedback mate.
Awesome progress, so are you using the parts that you had from Indigo GT in this build then?
Im not using that engine im upgrading the engine in stevo. I may build the sleeved block some day
Can i ask how many miles on that engine? My Lancer has 115,000km (80,000 miles roughly). Encouraging to see the internals in such good condition.
52k miles full service history

Why didn't you show the sequence of the bolt removal
Is your block sleeved?
You have a sleeved block but not installed?
